Hello Roy,
I've been trying to reach you, I've called your listed business phone number (518)-265-9655) several times, but it appears to be disconnected, and you don't' answer your e-mail: www.rjplumbingandheating.net messages.

You assured us in February that you would address the issues in our ""New Bathroom."" You also assured us you would be back to haul the construction trash away, and hopefully, at the same time, you will pick up the equipment you left behind. Hayden inspected the work in question, and provided a very pointed report concerning the ""quality"" of the craftmanship. You know we are not irate customers, and we fully understand that the onset of the pandemic changed the business equation for many tradesman. However, you were paid in full, and it should not be necessary to pursue you via phone and e-mail to make good on your word.

I am so happy I used this company! RJ Plumbing is the best! Roy is such a nice guy and he always responded to my messages and calls answering all of my questions honestly. My entire bathroom was a mess and there were several issues and I was afraid it was going to be too expensive to fix. Roy walked me through the entire process and explained everything! The cost was completely affordable and the finished job looks amazing! I will never use another plumber again! Thanks Roy!!
