Ohh my goodness where do I even start, I was absolutely in dire need of a plumber that could fit me in immediately if not as soon as possible.. I came home to a leaking main water valve, I googled plumbers in my zip code, R&J Plumbing was the 2nd plumber I called, after the first plumber couldn't fit me in until Tuesday. Gosh damn am I glad I reached out to R&J Plumbing, the lady on the phone was soooo nice, I wish I would have gotten her name, and the plumber Anthony absolutely did a phenomenal job, wow wow wow! He absolutely nailed it, super nice, very professional, and got to my house as soon as he could, and got the job done right! Thank you Anthony, keep up the great work, you're the man! I absolutely recommend R&J Plumbing! If you want the job done right the first time, call R&J Plumbing.

I spoke with Charles, the owner, last Tuesday and described our plumbing project which involves completely re-routing our entire drain system. He told me that if I could wait until Thursday he would have his top field representative com to my house early in the day and they would call me Thursday morning with a time window. No one called on Thursday. I called and they said it would have to be Friday instead between 8 and 10 am. No one showed up and no one called. At 10 AM I called and they told me the rep was """"tied up"""" and it would be a little while longer until he finished the job he was working on. Again no one showed up and no one called. At 3:30 I called and was told they don't have anyone available for the rest of the day. I asked to speak with Charles, the owner who I had first spoken with 3 days earlier. They said he was in a meeting. I asked for him to call me when he was finished with his meeting. He never called!! This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I paid $200 to have them fix a kitchen sink That was backing up. They snaked out my sink, seven days later I'm having the same problem. I called them, their response, we do not guarantee that work.

If you want waste your money , call them . I had a problem with my toilet and shower . The water won't go down . I called them . They gave me a time window 7am to 11am and showed up at 5 pm . They changed me $85 to tell me that the main line is clogged up but he can't do it . I need someone who is specialized in septic tank . I called another company and it took 10 min to snake the main line outside and everything was working again .
