This company claims to be a Christian company... However their actions show they are NOT! They lied about a warranty. They said it would be 6 yrs on a water heater that needed to be replace from one that they installed 4 yrs ago and that the new water heater would have a new 6 yr warranty. Now they took the old one out and started to replace it with the new one and then proceeded to say that the warranty would be 2 yrs on the new one! After calling to try and resolve this issue with the manager the manager said to never call again! They lie and proceeded to charge 625.00! DO NOT I REPETE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are the devil! They lie and their customer service is deplorable! They give Christian's a bad name!

Needed a new hot water tank. The technicians arrived early and seemed knowledgeable and professional. It's never fun to spend money on these types of repairs but the workers made me feel the job was being done right.

It was a Sunday and a pipe broke in the outside wall. RJ Kielty Plumbing came out in the time frame we were told and immediately fix the problem.

I had a furnace and AC installed over a year ago and it still isn't right. The inspection failed several times for electrical, duct work. Improper floor in attic, etc. They did no follow-up on inspection and each time I had to call them to prompt them to do anything about it. They didn't appear to have good records in their system because every time I called they acted like they didn't know what was happening, or that the inspection still hadn't passed. When I called the original sales person who was very helpful during the install he said he would take care of it but never called me back. When he didn't, I called him and left to messages and texts and no response. In September a technician came and evaluated the system and said that the static pressure was not correct and that it needed a different intake vents and the duct work adjusted and that it would be a few days while they ordered parts. I never heard back from them. When I called them this week 6 weeks later they said there were no parts on record of being ordered and the lead person called me and left a message saying there was no need for parts. I'm so frustrated with this company that I am thinking about litigation. I hear that Kielty is very good with plumbing as they have done it for a number of years, But I would never have them install AC or heating. Please look elsewhere. These people don't communicate and they don't keep records and they don't resolve issues.

They came out after my water softener burst and filled my lines with residue. They were professional and kept me informed throughout the process. My shut off valve was filled with water and they could have easily said I had a leak however they checked and said the box filled up from the water softener when it burst and did not try to charge me for an unnecessary repair.

I do not recommend this company especially if you are an investor. I had a leak in coming from my upstairs shower/tub. They would not work on this citing that the cast iron tub is too old and they don't want to be responsible for ruining a tub. Their solution was to change out the tub which cost nearly $2000 which would solve the issue. Obviously, I am here to tell you that it did not solve the issue. If anything the work was done so poorly that the tub was not level on installation. I had to get them to come back out to relevel it. Next month, the plumbing was leaking again where the trap was connected to the drain of the tub and also where the overflow tube joins the plumbing under the tub. Unbelievable. There are so many good plumbers out there I would choose someone else.

Been using these folks for years at two different homes. Never had an issue. They have done plumbing, and AC/Heat work for us and I would continue to use them in the future.

Chris came out to fix our shower as the handle did not turn off the water and Chris replaced in stem. He did a great job in a timely manner and arrived when he said he would. We used R.J. Kielty Plumbing before to replace a hot water tank and will use them again in the future for any plumbing issues.

Second 5 Star review: Thomas not only did a professional job installing three new faucets, he also showed me that my disposal unit did not need to be replaced, which was the reason for my original call, thus saving me the cost of a new unit.

This company does not return calls when asked to speak to a supervisor regarding a problem. The day I had an emergency I called 4 times and needed to talk with a supervisor. No one ever called back! I called the owner of the business to get results and no answer to my request for a call back was made. Read other poor reviews and you will see they just don't call back when a customer needs help and wishes to dispute charges. My credit card company is currently helping me with a dispute.
