We've been doing business with RJ Groner for over a decade, and never had a problem they haven't been able to repair! More than one time I've needed emergency service and they usually had someone there within hours.
This past Sunday, we had an ice/snow storm, and it caused a lot of power outages. Unrelated to the storm, Sunday night my water quit working. I called several Well Pump companies, and most didn't answer or couldn't make it for days.
As a long shot, I took a ride to RJ Groner's office, and to my surprise, found that they also did Well Pump work. I never knew that, or they would have been my FIRST CALL!
Even though they were short handed because of the storm, in less than 24 hours, they had a crew at my house, checked every component in the system, and replaced my 340' deep well pump!
In less time than it took others to call me back, I had running water again thanks to RJ Groner! If I have a problem with heating, cooling or plumbing, they are, and will forever be, my go to company!
I have and continue to recommend them to anyone I know that could use their services!

Had a small leak that was causing mold in bathroom ceiling downstairs...opened up the Sheetrock to find a small drip coming from the upstairs shower trap.
Went to Angie's list and called 4 plumbing numbers. 1 called back and they didn't serve our area..too far away. Thankfully I didn't throw away the local yellow pages. Called 2 others and one came right away and said they would have to come back with help...the job was too complicated for him.
I called RJ Groner and was told they'd be there the next day. Turns out they had a call next door!
Ryan was quick efficient and had everything taken care of in a few hours. He was great!

As far as cost goes, I can't say whether they're more expensive than any other company. I just know they showed up and fixed the problem.

They do have a charge for walking in the door...I'll just leave it at that.

I had an appointment today Friday 2/22 to have my furnace cleaned. I was told on the phone that they had a special in the month of Feb. for a cleaning for $49.00. When the tech got to my home he told me it would cost me $139.99 to have my furnace cleaned. I said forget it that is not what i was told on the phone when I made the appointment. He did go into my basement and turned the switch off on my furnace and did not turn it back on when he left. I noticed my house getting cold and went into the basement to turn the switch back on. That was very careless of him. I do not know his name but he was a very young kid with brown hair.

Dave was right on time today at 10 am sharp. He was pleasant after exchanging names he set right to work. His work was precise , thorough and extremely neat. I was very pleased with Dave,s work......another job well done on my HVAC system. Thank you in giving me peace of mind with ""job well done""

In what world does this company deserve a good rating? Not the real world.

Called them to check my hvac and install a new thermostat. Went smooth. The hvac guy found an issue with duct work. So I scheduled another appointment to get that fixed.

First appointment they cancelled on me. Second appointment they just didn't bother to call or show up.

Nothing like having a company waste your time. So do yourself a favor and don't waste yours.

John and Ryan (in the stock/warehouse room) are my heros!!! I will forever use RJ Groner because their customer service is tremendous! Thank you so much for the wonderful help and for going above and beyond to help me today with an odd situation. I can't sing their praises enough!

Very dissatisfied with the service, the two technicians were not even certified. I was overcharged for an inspection when the technicians were unsure and did not know how to inspect the furnace. Have had multiple visits, the problem was not solved the first two visits. I called for a quote somewhere else and found out they were overcharging me for the parts. I would not recommend them for service.

Recently I have had to get estimates for repair of my plumbing through USDA... and I KNOW I will not be asking Groner, assuming I would get a free estimate from them anyway. I had a faucet set put in by them for my bathroom sink, including the drain part, which was at LEAST a 150. dollar job, which in my estimate was a little high, but I said ""..at least it'll be done""... about four months later the drain plug let loose, and didn't latch on anymore---I mean it COULD've been the set I chose to put in, but I'm pretty sure that materials are pretty universal in plumbing, as a rule..,and I didn't call them to see about the problem, but I still won't stick my neck out again to call them,

This company was quick to respond to my service calls, and quick to correct the problem. Brandon was a very respectful, courteous young man. All service personnel should be so nice. Job well done.
