Guy was on time to give a quote. Took forever to get out of van. Then proceeded to tell us that we were wrong about location of clog without even running camera through the pipes. Didn't seem like he wanted to do any work at all. Very disappointed in what we saw from him. Would not recommend.

I have had such disappointing service from some vendors of late. However, this place was great. I found the referral online and the entire process was seamless. The plumber was great. He came-and what I really liked-is that before he arrived, he texted me a photo of himself so I knew what he looked like before arriving at my door. He immediately identified the problem, tested and confirmed it, told me what I needed to do. My new faucet looks awesome and I am thrilled with the service.

After looking into a few companies I decided to go with RJ Graham to replace my main sump pump and install a battery backup pump. The guys who came were very professional and had the job done in about 45 minutes. After they were done they explained how the backup system works, how to disable the alarm, etc. Well priced and they give a 3 year warranty on the system.

About a week later the power went out during a storm and the backup pump came on exactly how it was supposed to which saved me from a basement flood and huge headache. I'd recommend these guys and absolutely use them again.

Called R.J. Graham Plumbing because I had a leak upstairs that was causing water to come in thru the ceiling drywall. Steve was the Tech that came out and he did an amazing job. He was very thorough and explained exactly what the issue was. I installed a faucet in my upstairs bathroom and I did it properly except the copper pipe had a scuff in it which was causing water to backfeed into the wall when the shower was on. He was also very social. Would definitely recommend this company. I will definitely be using them in the future should I have a plumbing issue.

I would give more stars if I could! Everyone at RJ Graham plumbing was wonderful to work with! Our main line was blocked and the pipe coming into the house was broken as well, not good. They took care of calling JULIE and getting the permit from the village and got right to work! They worked long hours to get us back up and running and we could not be happier! Thank you to everyone at Graham for the wonderful service, I will recommend you to anyone I can!

I usually don't take the time to post a review but after the fantastic service I received I had to take a minute to do so. Steve installed a hot water heater and a sump pump with battery backup. He was prompt, professional and explained everything from
Start to finish. He even too the time to show my curious kids what he was doing and explained why. From setting up the appointment (the young lady that answered the phone was very friendly and got me scheduled right away) to the prompt and professional service I received from the plumber I couldn't be happier. If you need a plumber, rest assured that RJ Graham will get the job done right. I won't use anyone else from now on.
