Always happens in the coldest of days - a gas leak in the basement. Nicor verified the leak and advised a plumber was needed to repair the pipe/join. RJ Graham have performed several repairs recently and I had no hesitation in calling them. Well after hours, with a rather long and miserable job where RJ Graham found a few extra joints to tighten and made it all good! Made certain systems were working and I had heat. Very efficient, fair pricing and super service by Steve!

Each day has been a little trying, since our home was significantly damaged. Rob patiently went through my list of 'to dos' and 'to price outs' while explaining things (in a way I understood) and answering my questions. I was so relieved to learn he could do what we wanted. I appreciated that he created a way to safely and securely install the items so that no further damage is done to our home or its people. Also, it was a relief to have that shower drain cleared out for guests.
I very much appreciate Rob's efforts on our behalf and I'm looking forward to working with him on the other projects that he's pricing out. Oh! I also loved that he sent a text message with his picture when he was on his way.

They were managing sprinkler systems for 2+ years. Without warning, when I went to schedule my turn off for the season, I was told they no longer provided that service. Had no recommendations. Try finding someone reputable to do it late September!

Guy was on time to give a quote. Took forever to get out of van. Then proceeded to tell us that we were wrong about location of clog without even running camera through the pipes. Didn't seem like he wanted to do any work at all. Very disappointed in what we saw from him. Would not recommend.

I have had such disappointing service from some vendors of late. However, this place was great. I found the referral online and the entire process was seamless. The plumber was great. He came-and what I really liked-is that before he arrived, he texted me a photo of himself so I knew what he looked like before arriving at my door. He immediately identified the problem, tested and confirmed it, told me what I needed to do. My new faucet looks awesome and I am thrilled with the service.

After looking into a few companies I decided to go with RJ Graham to replace my main sump pump and install a battery backup pump. The guys who came were very professional and had the job done in about 45 minutes. After they were done they explained how the backup system works, how to disable the alarm, etc. Well priced and they give a 3 year warranty on the system.

About a week later the power went out during a storm and the backup pump came on exactly how it was supposed to which saved me from a basement flood and huge headache. I'd recommend these guys and absolutely use them again.
