I called RJ Collins to do some minor installs at my kitchen sink and also in the master bathroom. They scheduled me for the following day and responded on time. Alex did the work quickly and professionally. He didn't try to sell me work not needed and asked if wanted an angle stop replaced that would not close completely. I knew this was the case and told him to go ahead. Great experience and would use them again.

Our Homeowners Association has been using R. j. Collins for many years and always found their work to be excellent and their pricing fair.

I have personally used them twice in the last few months. First to replace a 45 year old frozen water shut off valve and last week to replace a worn out Kitchen Sink Faucet, The plumbers arrived on time and both did excellent jobs. The prices in both cases were more than fair.

If I need to call a plumber in the future I will R. J. Collins!

Extremely dissatisfied. The plumber removed my clog by removing the toilet but when he put the toilet back on he put it too close against the wall and now when we sit or get up the back rubs against the wall. Not worth the money

I live in a really old building with beautiful old plumbing fixtures. R.J. Collins Plumbing came out today to fix a two sinks, toilet, and snake a tub. James the plumber who was sent was the best plumber we have had come to our unit and we have lived here for almost 10 years. He was able to fix everything perfectly. We had a drip in a sink for 3 years and have had two plumbers prior look at....he fixed it. What a great plumber and company totally recommend.

I've had four run ins with this plumbing co. First they tell us we don't need a new water heater, then the boss comes out and said yes we need a new one. So the tech comes back to install and leaves a mess water all over the hall carpet and bathroom floor with out telling me or cleaning it up!! I then notice the hot water is slow so they come back and tell us we need to re pipe the entire building, (we live in an apt) in order to fix the problem. All he did was turn on the faucet to see it's slow. And today I wake to a cold shower. When they send out a repair man (the same messy man) he tells me that the water heater needs better ventilation it's been in the same location since the building was built!! Never a problem before. He's Just looking for excuses he installed the new water heater at a different angle then it was maybe that's why the ventilation is poor!! I'm not a plumber and I can figure that out!!
