Quoted me $8,558.73 for sewer replacement charged me $2,714.44 extra for a small amount of extra work that I agreed to, had no idea it would be $2,714.44! Talked to the manager Nate Teed about overcharged me he said he would talk to the owner about a $600 refund and they only gave me $300 refund! I think I should have only been charged $200 or $300 for the extra work that was done! The manager made a lot of bad decisions and he's making me pay for his mistakes!

RIVO employee did not address the problem we asked them to assess, but instead walked around the property stating something else could be replaced. In addition, I never heard back from the RIVO person who was on site to give me feedback, or an assessment, but heard from a RIVO office employee seeking my credit card payment. When I questioned what the assessment of our plumbing problem was, she connected me to a manager, who did not have the full story from the RIVO employee who came on site, gave me false information about the location of piping in my residence, and said he would have to re-check with the employee about the site visit since he (the manager) did not have answers to my questions. The following day the office employee promptly called me again for my CC information. The appointment was a waste of time and my money for paying for their minimal labor charge, truck charge, and tax, with absolutely no end result for my plumbing issue. I do not recommend RIVO.

I would highly recommend NOT coming here if you want a fast and affordable company. The tools and supplies that they needed were not necessary and were not approved by me and I ended up having to pay over a thousand of dollars in unnecessary materials. I could go on and on with things they did wrong and that were completely unfair.

I needed a new Lp gas line ran into my kitchen, for my new stove that I'm getting on Christmas Eve. So I called Rivo and they said they could do that. So I had my mom come and they did that on Wednesday. A small job somewhere around 20 to 25 foot of pipe, through a cement wall, through one cabinet, ended up taking this fellow six hours. The total price for a small job was $667.03. BEWARE!!

I called Rivo to look at a severely clogged sewer line at a rental property in Muscatine. They provided a quote and promptly did the work, putting in a new line for me. I was very happy with the result and my apartment is now useable again. Thank you, Rivo!
