I have waited approximately ten months for Riverview Plumbing Repair to address a workmanship issue. I brought a case against Riverview to the Fort Mill Magistrate (the first and only case that I have ever submitted anywhere), and I was awarded a judgment. (I believe that I may have been awarded more, but the judge would not present most of my evidence, because of cyber security concerns. I had submitted a lot of visual evidence, using pictures and videos, on a flash drive after receiving the reply, """"Yes just bring a flash drive to us!!"""" from a Court Specialist.) But much like my emails regarding the workmanship issue, the owner has ignored my messages to resolve the workmanship issue and the judgment. I have spoken to the receptionist (who is the owners' wife), but she has told me I need to speak with the plumber/owner. He has not returned my calls or responded to my emails. Thus, I have also submitted paperwork to the Better Business Bureau. I hired Riverview to do a full house repipe project in May, 2021, because I had numerousDura-Pex leaks. In previous years, I had fixed five leaks myself prior to hiring this plumber. I had a very good idea of what needed to be done, and I had actually done most of the drywall removal/preparatory work myself. During the Estimate walk-through, I made specific requests regarding how to access specific piping between a bathroom and the laundry room and piping to an upstairs bathtub. Those requests were not followed. Although the Invoice email sent via his cell phone while the owner was in my house containsthis verbiage, """"The greatest compliment we can receive from a customer is a referral to a friend or neighbor, if there is any reason that you would not refer us please contact us so that we may address the issue."""", the owner did not want to hear my feedback. He actually told me something like, """"there isnothing that canbe done now""""...and after his """"work"""" that was true. He tried to loudly justify his approach, although I had confirmed with the York County building inspector, who was a former plumber, that he easily could have used the approach that I requested. That York County inspector also initially failed the plumbing inspection, because the owner/plumber missed SIX spots of fire caulking. I paid the invoice, which was basically a duplicate of the Estimate and contained no detail for plumbing supplies or labor, in fullby handing the owner a check after voicing my displeasure on a Friday, the last day of the project. The following Wednesday, I noticed the workmanship issue. So, Isent an email to the email address that was used to send the Invoice to me. I sent a total of four emails over various months regarding the issue, but never received a response. Thus, I filed the paperwork for my Civil Case in December. Although I have not had any additional pipe leaks since the project, the workmanship issue has not been addressed. The Fort Mill Magistrate judgment has not been addressed. In my opinion, this is the worst customer service I have received on any home project in any house that I have ever owned. I always try to use a small local company for things that I do not address myself, but I would not recommend Riverview Plumbing Repair. I totally understand that no one is perfect, and everyone makes mistakes. Unfortunately, it appears that the owner of Riverview Plumbing Repair does not see that he can make mistakes...even though the initial inspection failed due to his workmanship.

Said that he will be by my place between 9am - 11am. I told This company that I work and would need a reminder call on when they are on the way, so I can make sure I am there.. I got No """"on the way"""" call. When I called to see around 845am on when the plumber was coming, I was told that he is on the way """"Now."""" Surprised.. I made it back home at 9:07 and a card was left on my door.. and was told by their phone operator that the plumber is too busy to wait for customers. Too busy to wait 7 minutes.. but expect customers to wait.. from 9am to 11am. Well done on not know how to impress potential customers.

I had a broken hose faucet pouring water on the ground. Riverview arrived on my schedule and completed the repair as requested. Technician was polite and gave me an estimate before starting the repair. When he needed additional parts he let me know the adjusted price before securing the parts. Great service before and after. Will always use in the future.

I was away in NY and my wife called and said we had a leak in our wall. I called Riverview Plumbing and they worked with me to be there the next day and to talk to me over the phone to tell me exactly what the problem was and how much to fix it. They were very honest and fixed the problem in less than an hour. They saved me a lot of anxiety and money with their quick work and honesty. Thank you!!!

Took some years to find a plumber in my area where I didn't have to always leave a message and someone actually answered the phone. I consider that a plus from the start. Had to reschedule once (work conflict) but they were very happy to reschedule. They called me before arriving to make sure I was home, which I liked so I knew roughly when to expect him. The service was prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. I am extremely satisfied and have already started thinking about my new kitchen sink and using Riverview Plumbing. Great customer service, highly recommend!

I have been in my home for 15 years and over the years plumbing issues have surfaced. I can say without a doubt that Riverview Plumbing Repair is the BEST plumber I have ever used. I used them for the first time in late April and the overall experience was amazing and the pricing is VERY fair. I usually don't do reviews but in this instance I had to go above and beyond because that is exactly what they did for me. I highly recommend this business. I will only call them in the future.

I called Riverview Plumbing this morning after water was pouring out of hot water heater yesterday. I sent pictures of the water heater to them and they gave a very reasonable quote. They were busy until next week but worked me in today. Scott was very nice and knowledgeable and had an apprentice with him to learn the trade which I find very commendable. He brought my water heater pipes up to code and learned a great deal about how important it is as a homeowner to flush the water heater yearly as I am on well water. Thank you for the the honest and trustworthy work and for the education during the installation!! I am going to recommend you to everyone I know!!

Riverview plumbing helped fix the leak, clear kitchen drain for my rental property in south carolina. Price is reasonable, and service is prompt and honest. Highly recommend!

Scott was very helpful in explaining my issue and the required fix. Donna was great to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon. They were able to identify the next steps to get my shower to stop leaking. They even went as far as to recommend a specialist that was needed for the shower tile and the shower door frame issues. Thanks :)

Used Scott at Riverview Plumbing Repair to re-pipe our whole house due to faulty Pex that was installed when the house was built. Scott and his crew did a great job. They were always on-time, cleaned up after each day, was on budget and finished when he said he would, and even did a few extras for me without charging any more. I felt like he is very honest and did a very good job. I would definitely use them again in the future.
