Took some years to find a plumber in my area where I didn't have to always leave a message and someone actually answered the phone. I consider that a plus from the start. Had to reschedule once (work conflict) but they were very happy to reschedule. They called me before arriving to make sure I was home, which I liked so I knew roughly when to expect him. The service was prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. I am extremely satisfied and have already started thinking about my new kitchen sink and using Riverview Plumbing. I called Riverview Plumbing this morning after water was pouring out of hot water heater yesterday. I sent pictures of the water heater to them and they gave a very reasonable quote. They were busy until next week but worked me in today. Scott was very nice and knowledgeable and had an apprentice with him to learn the trade which I find very commendable. He brought my water heater pipes up to code and learned a great deal about how important it is as a homeowner to flush the water heater yearly as I am on well water. Thank you for the the honest and trustworthy work and for the education during the installation!! I am going to recommend you to everyone I know!!
