Thank you Riverside Plumbing! Unexpectedly and urgently, we had a need for a plumber. We called no less than 5 other businesses, all unable to get to us until at least the next day. We had to turn off our water due to our issue so waiting an extra day wasn't an option. Thank goodness through word-of-mouth we were able to get Riverside to our home. They were able not only to diagnose the issue, but were able to fix it right away. I appreciate their willingness to help us!

After a Riverside plumber replaced a dripping tub faucet cartridge, it began leaking again a week later. When called back out, they determined that the leaks/drips were being caused by too-high water pressure to the house. While the water pressure valve they installed to modulate the pressure was expensive, they charged nothing for the labor, and replaced the blown cartridge for free! I've had nothing but honest, quality, courteous service from Riverside Plumbing. Highest recommendation!

Painfully fair and honest!!! These guys one company (rhymes with Petro) quoted a job for $8,700. Riverside did it for $1,028 a week faster than the other guys (Petro) would have. They're now my guys. Respectful, competent, fair, prompt, and generally good guys.

I contacted Riverside Plumbing 2 days ago about removing a gas wall heater in my basement due to some repairs that had to be made to the drywall. I had previously contacted another company about this and they never called me back. Steven came out today to remove the wall heater. He called before he came and was on time. He also assisted in checking my gas logs in the living room to make sure they were working. He was professional and explained to me what he was doing. When the gas wall heater is ready to be put back on, I hope that Steven is the one who will come out.

This business showed up to my house with an employee who appeared to be intoxicated. They broke a pipe and then wanted me to pay them to mend what they broke. I will never use this company again.

I had another plumbing company at my house THREE times to fix a problem. Even the owner came and lied to us about what might be wrong. I paid them hundreds of dollars for nothing! Riverside came and in two house had the problem fixed. I will never use another plumbing company. Joseph was gracious, conscientious and thorough. I am so grateful to them!

Would not recommend; they were suppose to do complete PVC at our home and they did not do the bathroom; charged us 3,000.00; Larry Moe & Curly was out there; they broke a laundry room light fixture that we did not know about till later & they had put the broken glass in lines that had dug out to hide it. Pitiful!

I just had these guys replace my water heater, simple job I know. They were quick, cleaned up the area where the old one was leaking, and communicated with me. They have also done other larger projects at my home and have done excellent work.

We have used Riverside a couple times for residential plumbing issues. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and fixed our issues correctly and quickly. Will use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them!
