My wife and I cannot say enough nice things about the entire crew. Timely, professional, friendly and fair prices. Having owned homes for 40+ years of my life and having dealt with many contractors, Riverside is one of the best. I've had a few businesses of my own and know how demanding people can be, being from the Midwest. This company would actually make it in business up North which I can't say for other businesses I've dealt with here in Moab.
Thanks again. I can't believe anyone would give them a poor review but then again.....

Riverside Plumbing is the only one to call if you need ANY plumbing or heating done.
They've been called out to my house three different times in the past few years on all out emergency's and they've not only gotten back to us right away but they've also shown up right away!
They always go over everything that's going on with you before they do any work, they give you an estimate but are also VERY HONEST about what might occur and what the cost might end up being, and they give you alternatives for things they can do when you can't afford to do it all right away whenever they can.
This guys deserve to get 10 stars not 5!

This company is great! ..I have been using their service many times. As a restaurant owner, I trust them to get things fixed in my restaurant. They were prompt to response and treated you like you are their family. Very nice people, fast, and excellent service. Highly recommend!

I've tried on numerous occasions to get this company to come to me house and they say they are really busy and never come, seriously, if they don't want to service my home, why don't they just say it.

These people have been helping me for many, many years. They get incredibly busy because they take care of the whole town but they are generous with information and I recommend them. They respond as quickly as they can. Debbie is AMAZING.... she is quite the resource for that business and Cindee is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Always a horrible experience with riverside plumbing!! Too bad they are about the only game in town. They are very expensive and not professional at all. They do not act like they want any business and Debbie is extremely rude and will not call back. They did not even put a wax ring when setting a toilet. The list goes on. Stay away if possible. Could never give a good recommendation and I have tried them several time. No more however. I am done.

I've used Riverside plumbing for several years now and they are great! I called yesterday and didn't expect anyone to make it to my home for a day or two, and someone was here within an hour. They've always fixed everything perfectly and quickly. Office staff is always very polite as well. I'd recommend them for sure.

Riverside Plumbing is the best in the Moab area. They have always been honest and reliable. Parts are always in stock and if not in most cases can have them by that afternoon! Their experiences and wealth of knowledge is great and very helpful. They are no doubt the busiest in town so don't be surprised if there is a short delay. One case I had an emergency and they prioritized my needs and were there in less than an hour. You can't get that kind of service anywhere else. If you need parts or supplies fast, friendly support and reliable service. These guys are the best in the area hands down!

Home owners be ware! Worst plumber in Moab. Leaves job undone, send bills, refuses to answer phone calls if you have question or concerns. They use the Moab Police Department as there personal goon squad if you question there quote are ask them to finish the job on schedule. Home owners be ware, this is an example of a BAD business in Moab, avoid!
