ive had riverside for at least 6 years showed on time,my furnace,water heater,water pump was replaced everything is great running as it should,for last3 years oh my dog loves them she always get a milk bone before they get in

I wish I could rate them a ""0"". I called Friday morning to let them know our heating system was not working and they never called back. It would have been a cold weekend if I didn't have a wood stove! Last call I will make to them.

Had these guys come out to clean my boiler, after the previous guy lost his business to covid. They come out cleaned it, pointed out items that need replacing and told me to call the shop for ordering and pricing. He double charged me and fixed nothing. Called the shop today and the receptionist said we had to order the parts and let them know when it needed to be installed. Didn't give us a list of these parts or numbers to order it. I won't be using them again. I don't care if times are tough. I don't get to use that excuse when you come to my intensive care unit. Find a company with some customer service. We also waited months for our cleaning / called back in October when our furnace wouldn't start with no return call.
