I called Riverside as I was a past satisfied customer. I described my issue. They told me they were busy an would call me back with a future date, but they could not arrange an appointment right then. The tone baffled me. I had used them twice before and they had been great! I didn't know if they would ever call me back so I called Acorn Plumbing. I described the same issue with my bathroom drain. They sent Don, a serviceman, to my home the following morning. He could not have been better. He was professional, courteous, and very neat. The invoice was more than fair. The issue was fixed in 30 minutes. I now have someone that wants my business......and is wonderful.

The guy from Riverside Plumbing who came out to provide emergency service was rude, aggressive, and hostile. I did nothing to provoke him, yet he was incredibly aggressive and combative in his responses to me... and that was before he even would look at the problem. He actually stood there lecturing me and interrogating me and would not actually look at the problem. He was so rude that I felt unsafe with him in my home and asked him to leave without even looking at the problem. It took me insisting twice that he leave for him to actually leave. It was truly a nightmare. Do NOT call this company... the guy who came out to my house was literally a bully.

Riverside Plumbing, Heating and Cooling is fantastic! They are unbelievably punctual, always able to schedule for me within a week. They are polite, informative, and professional.The work they do is top notch!

I'm new to the area so I thought I would try them out on a smaller project (scoping, new shut-offs) to see how things went. I was seriously impressed and called back for two other jobs, one of which was the installation of a whole house filtration system, Jason went above and beyond what we asked for, adding certain elements we hadn't seen or considered. The owner is also incredibly friendly and has been out twice to give us a better understanding and estimates for generators and modified overhead pump systems.

I highly recommend this company. They may cost a bit more, but you will get your money's worth and the peace of mind that comes with a job well done.

Have had the pleasure of using their services for almost a year now and have been very happy with them. Their company is clean and always very upfront about the work they need to do to get us up and running again. We definitely recommend them for any service needs.

Sounds like previous reviewer had a really bad plumber. We have had great experiences with riverside plumbing. They have hustled out to our house when water was leaking several times. Everyone has been professional and provided estimates. I wouldn't go any where else.

EXTREMELY disappointed, considering, not only are they located within my neighborhood... the work we needed was apparently not ""big"" enough to get their attention and it would be 4 weeks until they were able to help us. Their exact quote, ""If you can wait till then?"" REALLY?

This place is a joke! They can't provide pricing before the service occurs and are absolutely rude and disrespectful. One plumber made racial comments while he was in our house. We cannot even begin to express how awful Drew is. The man cannot answer simple questions, talks over you and hung up when we required answers. Do Not EVER use this place!

We had service for a sticking shower control a few weeks ago. They serviced the control knob and last week my garden tenant said the ceiling was leaking and completely bulged. Riverside Plumbing came out to fix the leak and when confronted that the leak was a result of their repair, which was the source of the leak, they said they replaced a part with a broken part we supplied. When asked to see the part they said it was thrown away. Why would anyone install a broken used part and not check for leaks! Their poor service will cost us well over $1,000 in unnecessary plumbing and drywall repairs. DO NOT USE THEM!

They tried to charge me $450 for a scheduled, routine maintenance call on our home boiler. They also said they charge hourly, ""From the time they get in the truck to the time they get back to the shop"". Who does that? They were very nice and I'm sure they do good work, but ask for a price up-front. We would likely not call them again.
