Riverside Handyman is great. I woke up one Sunday morning to a leak in my closet seeping from the ceiling. No clue where it came from but I called Robert at Riverside who sent a guy within the hour. He was extremely helpful in determining the source of the leak and giving us good guidance on what to do (the leak originated from 5 floors up in my apartment building). The handyman was prompt, courteous, patient and delivered great service. Would definitely recommend!

He was very professional and efficient. Also, he was very respectful and followed all COVID guidelines. He responded to our request within 24 hours, and was available the same weekend. He was very affordable, and stuck to his original quote. We appreciate all of his hard work, and will definitely be contacting him for any future repairs.

We had an issue with our switch in the bathroom. It should operate the ceiling light but instead, it shorts the circuit whenever we try to turn it on. So we reached out via Yelp and then text, and scheduling was super easy. They were super responsive and were able to come within the next two days. They gave us a time frame between 9 and 10 and came on time. It took them about an hour from start to finish to figure out and fix the problem (turns out we also need a brand new light).

They followed Covid protocols by wearing a mask (much appreciated!) and they also took off their shoes before entering the apartment (also appreciated!). Pricing was also cheaper than a few other quotes we received. Would definitely reach out again if we ever need their services again.

Making some cosmetic changes to my guest bathroom and needed a handyman to install the light, mirror, shelving and new sink & tub fixtures. I emailed Robert through his website on a Wednesday afternoon and he arrived the very next day. Robert is professional and prompt. After his first visit, Robert helped me, via text, shop for correct fixtures (what I originally bought wouldn't work). Once the new fixtures arrived, Robert came back to do that part of the job. His help with the shopping was much appreciated, as I had no idea what I was looking at! Robert is efficient and polite. We still have a few more items on the punch list, so thankfully he'll be back again in a few days. I highly recommend him!

We woke up Sunday morning with no hot water and searched yelp and luckily found Riverside Handyman services. Robert setup an appointment with us the following day between 8-10am and arrived at 9am and got right to work. A few hours later we were enjoying a nice hot shower, thanks guys!

I contacted Robert on a Sunday when I had an issue with a leak in my shower, he was able to come over that afternoon and solve the problem. We were doing a kitchen and bath remodel at the time, and given Robert's great work I hired him to plumb the kitchen sink, bathroom sinks and redo the shower plumbing. All now work flawlessly and look amazing! I will happily hire Robert and his team the next time something comes up

The person to whom I spoke was very robot-like in how they spoke to me to initiate an appointment. I did not like at all the fact that they charge close to $200 for an estimate. I have had 6 contractors at my home in the past week ""ALL"" of which gave free estimates! It has been my experience that companies that were either not confident in getting the job or overprice the job on purpose tend to charge fees for estimates. Also, there was no negotiating that fee, the person just said, ""ok, thank you for your consideration"" and hung up. Might I add that this was not one job but multiple totaling in excess of $12k.

Robert and his crew were great- responsive, professional, friendly and did a great job fixing a leak and repairing drywall in my condo. Robert is busy so we had to reschedule a few times but he communicates often and keeps you up to date on when he will arrive and how long the project will take. 10/10 would use him again.
