I've reached out to Riverside Handyman Services a number of times over the past year and they are no my go-to contact for when I need work done on my condo (especially when something breaks)! I've always been able to get ahold of Robert fairly easily as he responds to text messages and calls quickly, and will often ask for photos/videos of what needs to be worked on so he can prepare. Their visits are timely and communicated in advance, and they are also on time - something that has been a rarity the more contractors I work with!

Robert and his team have helped me with: replacing a faulty showerhead, fixing a sink basin that lost its adhesion to the counter, realigning drain pipes that started leaking, installing a new sink faucet, and fixing a closet door that didn't close properly due to a faulty spring. They're always careful during their work, clean up afterwards, and explain the original issue and their process to fix. Their pricing is fair for the work that they do, and they provide accurate quotes in advance of starting as well.

Very much recommend this group to anyone who needs minor or major work done!

The two handymen that were assigned to my project (Alex & Oscar) handled everything professionally. They were always on time!

They put together all my beds, closets, tv console, drawers, shelvings, and mounted two TVs, and hung miscellaneous things around my unit.

We work from home so, we had to get our office area up and running quickly and Riverside Handyman did that for us!

They are honest! Trustworthy! And very reasonably priced !!! I was able to leave the handymen alone in my unit!!

I hired them around 4-5 times and they worked tirelessly to get everything I needed done on time.

They cleaned up after themselves and always communicated with me regarding things that needed my attention.

Robert was very great at communication and scheduling and always got back to me quickly.

I will definitely be using this company moving forward!

Finished installing and bringing up to code an outside light. First electrician -- Joe Cunningham-- skipped out on me after I paid him in full before he finished the job. I know ... I'm an idiot.
A handyman came to my rescue and was very professional and finished the job for a reasonable price within a reasonable time frame. I passed HOB inspection without a hitch.
FYI, I'm posting this review almost a year later because I'm back again to look for a plumber!

Hired Riverside to wallpaper a small bathroom as well as change a cartridge on my shower fixture which had rusted.

In terms of the wallpaper, they did a decent job. It took a lot more time than I expected so in the future I would push for a flat fee on something like this rather than go hourly.

For the shower fixture, I wish they had told me this was beyond their expertise. They fiddled around for 3+ hours and installed the cartridge incorrectly and unevenly. They then said my fixture hardware was broken because it could not be installed on top of the cartridge (due to the way they had installed it). A few days later I called a plumber and they were able to fix it in 30 minutes without any issues. Luckily, they did not charge for this but I have a feeling the wallpaper job was padded due to the time they spent here.
