Mr Rivers came out right away when I smelled gas in my mom's apartment--he takes safety seriously, and it is greatly appreciated. He made a few observations and is helping us get things set up correctly in our new home. We just moved in and were looking to start relationships with good contractors--we don't have to look any further for an amazing plumber.

We have used Rivers Plumbing and Heating several times and have never been disappointed. Most recently, Mike helped us when we moved into a new home. He replaced all of the fixtures in the bathrooms and the kitchen. He also replaced our hot water tank and performed maintenance on our heating system. It was a huge project, but Mike helped us to get through it. He is polite and prompt. He explains everything so there is never any confusion as to what or why he is doing it. He never leaves a mess behind and his prices are great. I would recommend Mike without reservation for all of your plumbing needs.

From the very beginning, Mike was very professional and called us back quickly. He worked around our schedule to give us an estimate and do the work. He was very knowledgable, clean and reasonably priced and didn't try to sell us anything that wasn't needed. We were very happy and we would definitely be using him again in the future.

Sorry, but after 3 phone calls where I left detailed messages over the course of 4 days plus an email to the business I did not get a call back. My repair was a simple one but when you need a plumber, you really can't wait 4 days for a return call.
