Had an exterior spigot start to leak. Rivers Edge had it and 2 other exterior spigots replaced the same day!

Our boiler was ""fixed"" by Rivers Edge. It was running heat to one zone of our home nonstop. They replaced a zone valve and thermostat (I asked for a programmable model, and if possible to connect it to our air conditioning we have two separate thermostats. I was not home when they completed the work, but got neither request. Not sure if they ignored request to include the A/C, or if it can't be done, since the other request was also not done.

The invoice I received from them came in via email and was actually just a receipt. The price we paid was included but no breakdown of parts/labor/travel. I was curious, as the first technician was unable to complete the work and the owner ended up coming out to finish the job. Total cost was in the $600 range.

Ultimately, the fix did not fix our problem. I still had heat at all times. I called Rivers Edge after hours to ask if it would be bad for the system to just turn it completely on & off until it could be fixed. The owner told me he would have to check on that and get back to me. I've never heard from him again.

Kris is a rising star in the plumbing/answering his phone after hours circuit. Kris is my go to guy for repairs beyond the hours most companies are willing to answer the phone. I trust the work this company does. You will not be disappointed.

The work they did was fine. The price was ridiculous. $227.00 for an $80 part and 1.25 hours labor for 10 minutes of work. I know they count drive time also but I live in town only a few miles away.

Just wish they had a bigger number then 5 star rating to give these people. We have lived in Bismarck for 13 year's and it seems all of our pipes/sinks just quit on us all at once. We have home insurance to snake or repair anything and this is how we were introduced to them and especially CHARLIE, (in caps because I want you to remember that name). Charlie came out and was very professional and had a fantastic attitude. Well after he snaked our pipes to the street about 1 month later all our sinks decided to act up at once. We called him out and he only took 1 hour to fix 3 sinks with different problems. When it comes to fast and courteous service they are the ones to beat, trust me we have tried 2 other companies before and they would not be allowed back in lol. So when you need a job done small or large CHARLIE at Rivers Edge is the one to call, I know I will again. POST NOTE: Thank you Rivers Edge!!!!
