I called Riverline Plumbing around 10:00 p.m. two days before Christmas for emergency services due to an outside broken pipe. It was pouring down rain. My call was answered immediately by the owner, Mr. Lagunas. He asked me to text him a picture of the damage so he could determine if he had the parts to make the repair. Within minutes I received a text back saying he could do the repair along with a quote for his services. I found the quote to be very reasonable considering the time of night and the weather conditions. He came as promised and finished the repair in approximately 1.5 hours. Instead of cutting a whole in the stucco outside, he made the repair from inside the garage with only a small portion of the drywall cut. I highly recommend Riverline Plumbing and Mr. Lagunas and keep his number on hand in case of future plumbing issues.

Great great service! Santos is the guy to call for your plumbing issues. Our kitchen sink got clogged two days before Christmas and we called a few places and no one was willing to come until after Christmas, but Santos came within 15 minutes. Our sink was a little tricky and he went above and beyond to finish the job! His service fee is very reasonable and less than the other companies we called. Thank you Santos for your fast and professional service!

Fast, Efficent, quality work, knowledgeable but above all HONEST.. I woke up early to my water heater not working. I called Riverline Plumbing and left a message, within 5 min I received a text and within 15 min Santos was at my home. Riverline plumbing is a very reliable service. My water heater broke and someone was able to come to my house and give us a free estimate right away. They were able to tell me what was wrong immediately and gave me an accurate estimate of how long the issue would take to fix. The prices were fair and I was able to get my water heater repaired without replacing the unit. I will definitely be calling them again for any future repairs.

I have used Riverline Plumbing twice now. They are my go to plumbers for life. I searched hard for a plumber after my first slab leak. Most plumbers wanted to rage me on the cost. Riverline showed up and quoted me what I thought it should cost. They were very detailed and cared about the craftsmanship of the work. They explained in detail and showed me exactly what was being done, there was no smoke n mirrors like other plumbers made it out to be. I had a second slab leak 6 months later and referred my insurance to them. Insurance approved them and let them do the work. Again they came through and went above and beyond. I had them reroute my hot water side while they were at it, for a very fair additional cost. Santos is always available to take your calls. They are the best!
