Toilet was leaking, turns out the gaskets between the tank and the base had deteriorated. Called Derek he responded quickly, found and fixed the leak in minimal time. Rate was very reasonable, he was respectful by wearing gloves and a mask while in my house to protect my safety.

The entire experience was outstanding!!!

We purchased a house in Spokane and knew no plumbers. We took a chance Riverfront because it was close and because we wanted to work with a small, local company. Derek responded quickly to our call and we quickly scheduled an appointment. Our big project was a kitchen sink replacement, but we wanted to work with someone first at a simpler level. So, we had Derek examine the plumbing house-wide.He found a tiny leak in one of the toilet connections that was missed by the house inspector and quickly repaired it. The expense was minimal. He gave great advice about some of the existing pipes, lines, and connections, all with the goal of avoiding unnecessary work. I then asked about the kitchen sink/sink faucet replacement. He asked us generally what we wanted, took measurements, then emailed a proposal that offered multiple options from multiple vendors/manufacturers, including links to the manufacturer sites so we could investigate the looks and costs. The proposal was very fair and the recommendations were from respected companies.

We gave him a ""go"". He ordered all of the materials and when they arrived we set a date for installation. My wife works evenings at a hospital, and he was very accommodating to an afternoon time frame. He arrived promptly, removed the old sink/faucet and under sink plumbing (as we agreed), installed the new sink/faucet and plumbing, (along with a water filter we'd asked for), and reinstalled the disposal. He hauled away all of the old stuff and tidied up the space. The installation was beautiful and nicely sealed. The final price was less than projected as Derek was able to re-use some parts. The project took less time than he estimated so, just for fun, I asked Derek to help with some troublesome shower fixtures, which he did cheerfully, at no cost.

Derek was very personable, was clear about his fees and other charges (which were very fair), and did a great job. I would not hesitate to call him again for future work.

As an out of state landlord it is difficult to find competent, trustworthy and reliable contractors to take care of problems that occur in our rentals. Derek was was all of these. He was quickly and easily accessible by telephone phone as well as courteous, efficient and easy to work with. We texted picture to him and he answered our questions and completed the job within our agreed upon date. It was easy to pay him him since he offers modern billing techniques. (Of course you can just send him a check.). We would use him again.

Highly recommend. Just before Christmas had Derek installing a pressure reduction valve, when we discovered our water heater had failed. He went out of his way to get it replaced that day. A pleasure to work with, committed to everything being done just right, and reasonable prices. Great service.

Needed our hot water tank moved asap. Called Derek, answered right away. He was very pleasant on the phone and was able to accommodate the tight timeframe we needed this completed within. I initially heard about Riverfront Plumbing from a post on /r/Spokane, where the owner talked about recently moving to and opening a plumbing business in the Spokane area. I have an older home and it had some rather decrepit non-functional spigots on the exterior, as well as an old corroded cold water valve under the kitchen sink. Derek was able to replace everything that was damaged as well as install a new shutoff valve near the water meter. During the repairs he was more than willing to educate my about what he was doing and why. Because of the age of the house, most of the repairs required soldering copper pipe, which he did in a very safe manner. Overall he seemed to have considerable plumbing experience.

I would definitely used Riverfront Plumbing again.
