My neighbor Maggie gave me the name and number a couple of weeks ago not knowing I would need a plumber so soon. I come home and there's water coming down the driveway out of garage, yep hot water heater. I texted him and the owner replied within minutes. He set up time and I didn't even ask for quote because he came highly recommended by Maggie. He called before he came in case he needs to pick up parts and I explained what thought was the problem of where I saw the water coming from. I text him pictures and he knew what the problem was. Very through job and he explained to me the problem and fixed it. I also had something else that needed fixing and he fixed that as well. I still have my arm and leg meaning his price was very reasonable and I know I would have paid much more. Thanks Jose I will be/have referred you already and I'll be call for future jobs.

Tried to do a job myself, thinking that it should be an easy fix. Things have changed over the years, and I was over my head. It was late in the evening, and I needed to have my water back on. I called Rivera Plumbing and Rooter Service, and was lucky enough to get hold of Jose. I explained my dilemma and asked if he could help. He asked for little more info and a picture, and told me the approximate charge and said he would be at the house in around an hour. In about an hour, he and his helper arrived and went right to work. I am glad I called, because there was no way that I could of ever repaired the problem. It was much more in depth than I had thought. Jose had bought the correct parts on the way to the house just from the info I gave him. He had it repaired quickly and for a FAIR price, He is definitely my go to plumber from now on. Highly Recommended.

I have used Jose Rivera's plumbing and router service several times over the last few years just recently had a leak in the inbound line to the house and he responded within hours actually he took my call in 15 minutes but then get right on it! The house is a rental with roommates and get right on it was important! fantastic! Also we remodeled my master bedroom shower and Jose stay dedicated to it and got multiple people involved to get it done exactly the way we had hoped. I plan to use Jose for all my plumbing needs and would recommend him.

Fast, affordable and reliable! I called Jose after another plumber had come out to my house and was unable to fix the blocked pipes in my kitchen. Within 5 minutes he was able to identify the issue and begin working to clear the pipes. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and fast. He charged a fair price and arrived on time.
