River Valley is a great plumbing service to depend on. They have fixed many things over the years and do not try to up sale you. Had a leak in the toilet the other day. Tech came out and found the problem with the tank bolts and fixed it up for us. No more water on the floor. Thank you!

We had them come out on a weekend night after an unfortunate lack of planning on a bathroom re model. Dominic was so knowledgeable and efficient. He is very polite and got us ready to go in a short time. We have used them before for out boiler as well. Very happy with their service and will use them again as needed. Highly recommended.

River Valley Plumbing is by far the most professional and honest plumbing company I have had the pleasure of doing business with. They have exceeded my expectations and have gone above and beyond to ensure our water heater is installed correctly and is safe for my family and I. I can't speak to the company's technicians or prices because it never got that far. I was immediately struck by how rude their staff was on the phone. I called at 0800 and asked what time they might be able to come check my furnace. They stated they would find out and call me back ""very soon."" I politely explained that I had to work that evening. Three hours went by with no call. I called back and politely asked if they knew what time I might be able to have a technician out. Full on bad attitude from that point on, stating ""We can't even guess. Could be any time today or later tonight."" I said I needed a set time, even if it wasn't today and that I needed to sleep at some point today. They lectured me on the phone, repeatedly cut me off... No thank you.

I had to have River Valley come out to unclog a toilet & tub & septic clean out. While Dom did a good job. I told him that he needed to run the line out to the septic as well as into the house. This was on July 8. I paid the bill but 3 days later I was in the same situation. Water was backing up around the toilet & coming up the drain & running out the septic clean out. Had to call them back again & was informed from Jeff that they would make thinks right. WRONG!. Got a bill yesterday for more than the original bill! Contacted them again & was told that they would cut the bill in half for the cost of a service call. Gee that was swell of them. If the guy would have listened to me in the first place there would not have been a second trip. Plus I think repairs should last longer that 3 days. Needless to say, I WON'T be calling River Valley Plumbing anytime soon.

BEWARE BOY WAS I IN FOR A BIG SHOCK !! Beware Beware Beware !!!!! absolutely the worst possible experience ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!. when i hired River Valley Plumbing and Heating Florence Colorado 122 e Main i was told all agents that would work on my property would be legitimate fully licensed master plumbers . ( as they charge beyond top dollar master plumber rates for their service ) well my big mistake was that i did not ask for the names and license numbers of the so called agents they sent . what i got was back yard yokos who broke my main water valve leaving me without water and of course had no replacement valve . this was terrible as they did not seem to be at all interested in fixing their damage and i had no water . i had to give them cash money out of my pocket so they could buy one at ace hardware store. clock ticking and big money being charged , they charged huge bucks to repair their own damage !!! then they charged me again for the valve i had paid for in cash !! in fact they denied this ever happened . they do not stand behind their work . they did not provide a factual breakdown of the charges they were billing me for . the attitude of the owners in very bad and they could care less about being fair and honest . they also punched a huge hole in the side of my house which tooks days for me to repair as they refused to fix it . the unlicensed yoko then tried to install the wrong sized vent for my hot water heater ( telling me he has done dozens that size. i stopped him and i was right . the mistakes and damage did not stop there the agent improperly installed a gas valve ( which had to be corrected ) . then they cut off a water supply line that was encased in concrete much closer to to floor than i wanted ( i wanted it much longer as to allow multiple future repairs ), when i asked why it was cut short he replied "" ugh duh it looked better that way "" i would strongly recommend you avoid this smooth talking so called plumbing company !!!
