I requested a quote for a service fee in connection with a repair to a hot water heater. Sang emailed right away and we started discussions on what troubleshooting had already been done. Sang Tran is a master plumber and it showed, very professional. Thoroughly explained what needed to done to repair my frozen back flow preventer on my residence and rent house. His rates were very reasonable, I checked around, some were double what he charged me. He also showed me how to prevent future freeze-ups by opening the two vents on the back flow preventer in fall so if we have freezing temperatures that ice has somewhere to go and not destroy the back flow preventer, need to close vents in the spring. All information he volunteered to save me money the future.

Hard to find this kind of contractor, I highly recommend him.

This company completed re-plumbing all water lines, upgraded connections for water lines to washing machine\ice maker. Minimum invasive openings in sheetrock walls to connect lines, cleaned up after completion.
Contractual rates are competitive with other plumbing contractors, Sang guarantees his prices 100%, explains work as he progressives but will inform if additional work is needed and why.
