I absolutely had to leave this plumbing group a review. After an exterminator came to visit earlier in the week they told us there was concern for a plumbing issue in our master bathroom. My husband and I called three separate plumbing places in New bern that were recommended, none of which returned our calls. I went to the next-door app and had many recommendations, but most were recommending river dog. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were at our house promptly at 8 AM on Saturday morning. The technician was extremely professional, respectful, and honest. Turned out we did not need a plumber, but he was able to help us with another issue that we were having. They will definitely be our plumber in our phonebook and we will be using them for all of our plumbing needs. Keep up the great work, river dog!
