I recently had a 40 gallon Bradford White gas water installed by David Pirtle. They charge a very fair price which is advertised in plain sight on their website. Their competitors either would not or could not match the price for the installation of the same equipment. There are some companies that wanted to charge a fee just to come and give you an estimate which I thought was crazy.

David arrived on time, dismantled the old heater and a installed the new heater in less than three hours. All this while informing me of the minor code changes that were made since the last heater was installed. I would easily recommend River City Water Heaters & Plumbing for all your water heater and plumbing needs. They are knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy. They would be the first one I would call for any of my future plumbing needs.

They gave a fair price for my water heater. The quality of brands options were well explained and when they ran into issues with my old house and had to crawl underneath and spend a few extra hours to get it done, the extra cost was minimal. We were very happy with the their work and attitude and after over 6 months everything has been going great. We would definitely recommend and use them again.

My water heater was from 1999 and started leaking (slow leak) but unable to repair due to being so old. Once I contacted River City, the owner was very responsive from start to finish. I had to widen my search a bit to find River City Water Heaters, but glad I did. Compared to others was a bit cheaper, but I Iiked the formal bid etc. and options. Also, I took a bit longer to research because I received very different answers from other businesses regarding whether you needed a permit, or not. During installation all my questions and concerns were answered with David.

Sorry for the late review, But River City Water is the easiest company i have ever had to work with. Steven was great, over the phone and through text messages he was able to give me a quote that beat out all others by at least $150. He didn't have to come over and inspect my water heater like the other guys. One company charges a $175 inspection fee, for what? I told Steven that i have the burner in hand, an A.O. Smith water heater and boom! he straight up gave me a very low quote that i immediately said, 'Come tomorrow please!"" David was going to be late because he had a complicated job before he was to come over to ours, so Steven took it upon himself to come do it himself. He installed the burner and now we have hot water again.

I highly recommend River City Water Heaters & Plumbing. They get straight to the point, very competitive pricing, punctual, and informative. I would use them again in the future.

I cannot say enough nice things about this company. Dave came to my house and was punctual, polite, informative, and fun to talk to. The price that I was quoted was the price that I was charged. I had several other quotes and they they were the most reasonable did the best work and installed my new water heater perfectly. I support small businesses especially when that their work is exceptional. And I can say with all honesty these guys are fantastic. If you need some plumbing or water heater work done this is your best choice.
