We had a complete sewer line redo after RCP showed me the video camera of the failing system which had caused a flooding in the basement family room and downstairs storage room, bathroom, laundry. Once we did the go ahead, workers were in for over three weeks. Each and everyone of the crew were effecient, polite, and did superior work. We had to have tiling redo, drywall, and of course the sewer line redone from the basement to the main city line. This meant a trench 10 feet deep outside, and extensive work to redo inside. While we were at it, we decided to change out the old water heater to a new tankless system. Commendable was the attention to detail, check ups on progress by the owner, Mike, and ways to save me some money. I have since recommended this very fine group to several people to keep their names and numbers in their contacts for any future needs. I have nothing but good to say about each and every one of them! Thank you for turning a horrific time to one of satisfaction and assurance.

I can not warn enough about this company, I got a call from them when I answerEd the guy hung up on me I called them back the guy played dumb I asked if they were coming to do my estimate the guy was going to call his plumber and I called them back no answer shameful business attitude I will tell anyone that will listen this company is not worth your time

RCP to the rescue! Our hot water heater finally took its last breath on Saturday and Mike and his squad were at our house Monday morning at 8am sharp. Their communication and professionalism are unmatched and the service was incredible. We chose a tankless water heater to add some value to our home and while it's a big purchase, Mike made in much more palatable with his explanation of the service and timeliness during a stressful time. Oh and they completed the job in one day. You get what you pay for people. Look at this work! Thanks RCP.

It's been a long time coming for this review!
I have used plumber Johnny at River city plumbing for years. This man has fixed and replaced many items in my house. I have had a toilet moved and replaced with a new one. A new and bigger water heater replaced. My fridge water line hooked up. A new sink and faucets put in and the garbage disposal- which has been serviced since. These guys are professional, always on time for appointments, and kind.
I've had lots of money put in my house with new toilets/sinks/faucets/water heater ect- and these guys delivery 5 star service while they do it. I only call this guy, they have my trust and loyalty while I live in the Reno - Sparks area.

I cannot warn you enough. Do not go with this plumbing company and definitely do not go with Nikko. He came to diagnose my hot water issue. Said it was a faulty tank and that install was fine. Was nice and advised me best thing to do would be contact Rheem as it was only 2yrs old. He said call him back to come back. I got case # and approval from Rheem within 15min. Called Nikko back. Was going to have them replace for me. Couldn't get a hold of office staff or Nikko for over a day. I left messages with office (goes to a Douglas) twice and also with Nikko twice. Finally got a hold of Douglas. He said he would get a hold of Nikko. Still nothing. Mind you I've been without hot water for 2 days and I have a 6yr old and elderly father living in my home. I waited a few more hours then called other companies. Luckily i found one and the owner came by to diagnose. Ended up not even being the water heater. He sent over 2 of his techs right away. They corrected the problem, drained the pan, re lighted and sure enough all is great! They were here just under 2hrs, and saved me a shit load of money. Nikko then called me and left a message. Saying he's sorry to lose our business but they don't have time for a week or so and he suggest we call someone else. Not the impression he gave us on first visit. Then I kindly replied to him that we already did call another company and luckily the information he gave us was incorrect and thanked him for his time. He followed up by text I have the screen shots and you can call me a Karen all you want but I'm tired of businesses not having customer service and respect... he replies with good luck with your sub par company and your water heater was installed incorrectly.... yet when he originally talked with us he said the install was fine but some things were not to code with original work but didn't bare weight on actual problem. I replied with WOW so professional. Then he had the nerve to tell me I wasted his time. How did I waste your time when I was about to hire you to do work I didn't need done and cost I didn't need to incur because you never called me back. And you told me to call another company anyway. Wow can't believe contractor's these days. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY!

Someone installed a 'T' into the water main, before the main shut off at the house. It starts to leak, a lot. I got a couple estimates. River City was slightly more expensive. But I really liked the way they presented themselves, so I went with them. They came out and did some prep work on a Thursday. And could not come out to really start the job until the following Tuesday. They had a broken cable that they needed to do my work. I was disappointed that they were down because they did not have an extra one. In Tuesday, bright and early, they were there. Trenching and digging they began the process. The replaced the line from the meter to the house with a poly material. Everything went great. Workers were friendly, and listened to any suggestion that I had. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Mike from RCP came to my house on 9/17/2021 to give me estimate on my hot water pipes that needs to be replaced. Mike check it out and explain what needed to be done. Mike also told me that I would be receiving a E-Mail on Monday (9/20/2021) with the cost, never got a email from Mike or anyone from RCP.. Mike and RCP I appreciate your prompt professionalism! Thank You but no Thanks...

Our water heater failed on Friday, River City's Nico showed up in the afternoon, the heater was installed Saturday. No problems and the job was done in a very neat, workman manner. Monday the heater developed a gas leak in an internal valve and Mike, the owner, was there to diagnose the problem in the early afternoon and ordered a new controller for the water heater, Wednesday it was fixed by 10AM.
