I have to change my rave review of just 9 months ago to ZERO stars. We had the same flood problem yesterday and they would not honor their promised ""one year"" warranty at all. They ducked our urgent phone calls and then finally, when I called on a different phone, told us we misunderstood. It was a one ""MONTH"" warranty. Unacceptable. Now we have the same flood - and no one to trust. Sorry I steered you all so wrong.

River City Plumbing entirely re-plumbed my worn down 1800's home, brought it up to code. This was a job where other plumbers walked in and said nope, they wouldn't even tackle it. River City got it done and up to code in under a week! The company is well-run!! You get a text when they're on their way, when done for the day, the office staff is super nice. All the plumbers were nice, professional, and did exceptional work. They were even super clean which was not easy with the amount of demo to get to the pipes. Jeremy runs an honest, great company.

Terrible. They sent out two plumbers (the first one was a jerk and quit the day after coming to my place and didn't share the notes or pictures he took and left my drywall a mess). They charged me twice for no viable work. I was promised an estimate for a shower rebuild twice and nothing happened. I was told that i needed an entire new shower when I only needed the pipe and drain resealed and two tiles repaired. Just awful in every way. They should refund me and fix my drywall but they went silent per usual. Another company I trusted based on community reviews that just sucks.

River City Plumbing has zero integrity. They took advantage of a senior citizen on a fixed income. Charging ""overtime "" for answering phone calls and texts. Our kitchen flooded because the ""plumbers"" that were sent to us left a leak from not tightening a bolt. Gave us a quote but changed it to suit their convenience in making money. Along with questioning from the owner about the new plumber we had to hire to fix the mistakes and over pricing.Watch out for this one! Didn't wear masks!

Once again River City Plumbing has done an incredible job for me!!

The toilet in my bathroom broke which gave me a good reason to finally do a remodel I've been wanting.

I reached out to Jeremy, we discussed what I purchased and what kind of toilet would be best.

Karl and Evan came out and got right to work. They put their booties on, covered up my flooring, pulled out the old toilet and sink and took a look at my plumbing. Karl told me the toilet flange was broken. The guys replaced the flange and installed the new vanity, vanity top, faucet and toilet.

Karl made a great suggestion that I should look for a matching side splash, which I've since purchased.

My new bathroom looks amazing!!
