I am glad I called Ritz plumbing, I called in at 3:45 today. The representative who took my call addressed my needs and assured me it would be taken care of today. Within an hour Ismael and Ulysses were at my home. They diagnosed what needed to be done and got right to it.

On September 30, 2022 I had a sewer backup, I contacted Ritz Plumbing Joseph and crew came and gave me a quote for $750 to Hydrojet the sewer line which I felt was overprized but because of the backup I allowed the job to be done. First thing I noticed was that there were mechanical problems with the Hydrojetting equipment they spent more time trying to get the Hydrojet to work than fixing the problem. They were able to run water from a garden hose and said the clogged line was cleared. The Sewer line again backedup that evening. I contacted Frassica Plumbing on October 1, 2022 They came out and ran a snake through the sewer line and pulled out a lot of roots and also told me that Ritz plumbings Hydrojetting did not work and should not have allowed the amount of roots to be retrieved, and they overcharged for the Hydrojetting. Please do not use the company they rip you off and take advantage of you.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! They are crooks. Called them out to check out a water leak in my garage. I was told it would be $100 to find the leak and they said we would have to give them a credit card over the phone to confirm appointment... that should have been the 1st warning sign! Once they found the leak we were quoted $3300 to fix it. My husband told them no thanks and they reduced the price a few times until they got down to $1500. My husband still said no and they left. Later that day my husband's card was charged $1000... for finding the leak which was originally supposed to be $100. They would not refund us the $900 because we were told the plumber had to cover our car in the garage with a tarp even though we told them they didn't need to. We tried to dispute with our credit card company but they did not take the charge off. Another plumber came out to fix our leak which was an easy fix and cost us $150 to repair. Please call another plumber and do not hire these guys!

I had a great and easy experience with Ritz which gave me peace of mind. I was extremely anxious to find out from my neighbors that my garage had flooded over the Christmas holiday week when I was away from home. I called Ritz in a panic and they sent Ray and Carlos quickly to assess the situation. I have a routine plumber however I was never once told the root of the problem. My usual plumber would always charge me to just bandaid the issue. When Ray and Carlos came, they gave me a detailed analysis of the root problem. To my surprise they were pricey but worth every dollar for the repair. Thanks Ritz for saving the holiday and a great experience!

Great service and excellent customer service. We had a main line burst at 8 pm. We called Ritz and they were at the site within 30 minutes! They stoped the leak right away and the next day replaced the pipes for us. They went above and beyond to get our water restored. They are true professionals and highly recommended.

We always had a problem with our kitchen faucet. It was leaking under the sink. I called this company and they responded very quickly. I liked their service. Very professional. Gilbert R did a very good job installing a new faucet. He replaced the pipe that was damaged. I appreciate the service. Now I have someone to trust if I have any problems regarding plumbing.

Called to get a quote on a seismic gas valve shut off, because I wasn't sure I had one. Technician came and looked everything and quoted me 2300$ for the job (!!!). Not only this is ridiculous, but another (honest) plumber told me I already had one, higher end, and didn't need to change a thing. Turns out he was right and everything passed inspection. This technician also told me I had to replace a whole faucet instead of only the cartridge for another issue. Wrong again, fixed for 10$ myself. I wouldn't trust them with your plumbing needs if that's how they do business. Look elsewhere.

I called to have my garbage disposal fixed. They were able to send a person the next day. Most companies would not have tried to fix it because it is a complicated system however it was my lucky day . Hercules thank you so much for putting in the extra effort and finding the problem and repairing it in record time. Thank you for your patience and kindness. I would highly recommend this company .
