I called Ritz,,, 1 hour later, Angel Cardena and company, came promptly, and assessed the leakage problem in the bathtub faucet.

They were very knowledgeable, and friendly.

He gave me a reasonable estimate, and fixed the leak quickly. What a relief !! I definitely recommend, Ritz, and will ask for Angel again.

Louis and Chris were fantastic. They arrived within an hour on a Saturday night and snaked our drain quickly and effectively. So appreciate their politeness and professionalism.

We had an urgent plumbing issue on our yacht and ritz plumbing arrived when they said they would and also called back with updates while we waited. The service was efficiently completed and the plumber was extremely nice. Highly recommend their service.

Beware of this company. I have been lied to and swindled by them. We used to get great service from Windsor Plumbing until Ritz Plumbing bought them out. We've had more than one occurrence where crooked Ritz plumbers tried to convince us to spend thousands of dollars unnecessarily.

Most recently we called Ritz to fix a dripping faucet and the plumber who came gave us a song-and-dance about our water pressure was way off and he needed to install a water pressure regulator for $1,500. This time I called Bruce Games Swift Plumbing for a second opinion. Mark tested the water pressure and said it was fine and the story Ritz gave me was not true. Do yourself a favor and be sure to get a second opinion if you have the misfortune of calling on crooked Ritz Plumbers.

I would give them ZERO STARS if I could, and here's why: THEY ARE BRUTALLY UNDERHANDED, SLIMY, AND DISHONEST -- and blatantly ripped me off. My HVAC unit flooded a portion of my home, and the work that needed to be done couldn't be completed until the HVAC unit was moved out of the utility closet. Unfortunately, it all happened during a crazy heat wave, so finding someone to do it was a challenge -- and my insurance company left it up to me, for some unknown reason. Anyway, Ritz sent someone out. He assessed the situation and told me he could do it right then -- and I was grateful. But here's where it gets snarky: he had his estimate sheet out, and called his office and had a very ""hushed"" conversation with someone there. He handed the phone to me, and, during the conversation I had with his coworker, he wrote ""$1300"" down on his estimate sheet, and started the work. The man on the line said to me, ""he'll give you two estimates"" as part of the pointless conversation we had -- it was clearly designed to distract me. When I hung up, I looked at the $1300 and thought -- I don't see a second estimate, but $1300 is in the realm of the $1200 I've been told was average for this uninstalll/reinstall combined, so I foolishly said nothing. Bottom line: it was a classic ruse to distract me while the work began. They charged me $1300 to uninstall, and then informed me it would be another $1400 to reinstall -- they thought they had me over a barrel, and planned to rip me off and take full advantage, trying to charge me altogether more than twice what it should cost. Keep in mind, the guy disconnected the unit, and moved it and the attachments about 10 feet from where it was; it took him about half an hour. I eventually found a reputable company to reinstall, and they did it for $500 -- which is about what would have been industry standard. I told them what Ritz pulled, and he told me he'd heard that story before. IMPORTANT: DON'T LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU! It's my own fault I got duped by this classic ripoff tactic, don't want the same to happen to you. If they tell you there will be two estimates, ask for them immediately - and DON'T LET THEM BEGIN THE WORK UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH THE EDIT. BTW, I tried to call the office and asked to speak with the owner or manager; they took my name, address, phone number -- and then didn't return my call. Three times. Think they regularly conduct business this way? I do.

I would give them a half star if i could. For $450 to hydro jet a clog in the old cast iron which took 5 min, gave no warranty, and literally sprayed pooh all over the bathroom wall and hallway and didn't clean it up. They didn't have their own rags to clean up the gross watery mess on the bath floor or provide a a wax ring to put the toilet back on. This ""unclog"" lasted for 10 days after the bathroom was used twice! They refused to come and resolve the matter. "" sorry no warranty but we will replace the pipe and hydro jet again"" for lots more money.... do yourself a favor and find a different plumbing company

Do not, DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, do business with this outfit. I would give them negative stars if I could. They are utterly dishonest. We paid them $13,000 to completely re-plumb our two-bath house with copper piping. They did not do all the work that was agreed upon, did not replace all the old copper as contracted (as we learned later when we had a huge leak and called in a different plumber), did not pull the requested permit, installed the whole-house water filter incorrectly, and had to be called back immediately after the ""whole house"" job for several small leaks. They said they would match the bid from our regular plumber (who couldn't get to us for a week when our plumbing was leaking) but didn't include the risers and neglected to mention that. They are the worst! I can't understand why their principals aren't in jail for fraud and theft. Consider yourself warned!
