I had an emergency very late at night on a Sunday....kitty litter and the toilet do not make a very good pair! The toilet was totally backed up and after 2 hours of off and on exhausting plunging, it seemed to only make it worse! I called Ritz after finding them online and they were very helpful. They were super nice and right on the job! Shortly after calling they had a plumber named Jimmy arrive at my house and he fixed the problem perfectly! He was very nice, polite and friendly, taking care to make sure everything was clean and all finished up, so when he left it looked great! In a nutshell, I will call them for future plumbing work and will also highly recommend them-I couldn't be more pleased! Thanks Ritz plumbing and thanks Jimmy! A 100% thumbs up!!!
