Jim's was wonderful, but the business has been sold. The new owners did not identify themselves as new owners- very deceptive. I asked their plumber about the different name on his truck and he told me that the same person owned the business. LIE. I was given a hustle and told that I would have to pay $10,000 for work on my sewer line. I have since called several other companies who on average say the work should cost approximately $5,000 and may not be needed at all. This is no longer a local Pasadena business.

I used Jim's Pasadena Plumbing for years (decades in fact). Looks like they have been sold - and the new owners don't seem to know what they are doing and they will rip you off as well. $350 to replace a bathroom faucet that I provided!!!! Jim's would have charged at least 1/3 that and done a fast, great job. I wish I had know in advance that Jim had sold - I'm really sorry to see that Jim's has changed hands for the worse. I'm another long time good customers the new management has lost. I'm very, very unhappy with this new ownership (Ritz??). I've deleted them from my phone list and will never use them again.

Had used Jim's for years. Didn't know they were sold. Not the same Jims, prices are very high and felt pressured by service guys! But alas, I saw my old service professional Juan in Vons! He is in business - swapped out a new faucet, reasonable price quick clean and same old professional service! Here is his number 626.786.6050! Thanks Juan!

Jims Pasadena plumbing was professional and great! The job was completely done in a timely fashion and Jesus made sure the plumbing problem was completely taken care of. You can feel safe and sure when using Jims Pasadena Plumbing! Don't forget to ask for Jesus (great job)!!!!

Jims is no longer Jims. Expect to pay 5x more for a part and expensive labor. They don't clean up

Paid Ritz Plumbing $374 to fix a leaky faucet! That's about $200 more than Jim's Plumbing would have charged. One day Ritz Plumbing will learn the value of repeat business.

Jim's Pasadena Plumbing as we knew it is no more. Been using them for years but they apparently literally sold out to another firm. All new people. What's usually a fast and relatively inexpensive drain fix was quoted at almost double the normal price. Disappointing. They used to be really good and had done a ton of work at our house.

Our kitchen faucet stop working this morning . I checked plumber close to our house and jim's plumber poped out. They had good reviewed . I called this morning and they showed up in 2 hours . Gilbert and Ronaldo have been very professional. They fixed our kitchen faucet in 15 minutes with very reasonable fee charge. I'm very happy with them .

Between ""paperwork"" and limited availability, it takes weeks to get a plumber to actually come here. When they do come, they are often unprepared. If you want timely service, do not use this company.

As everyone else has stated Jim's Pasadena Plumbing has been sold. When you call them, another company will come out. I found this out today, when I needed two toilet's rebuilt. The company that came out was going to charge me $1150 for this job!!!! Unbelieveable!!!!! I told him goodbye!!

Found out the complete kits are only $65 each for the toilet. Found out that this job should take about an hour to an hour and a half tops!!

I will really miss this company. They really did awesome plumbing work done at a fair price
