Recommended Customer Reviews

They come close to hitting people in their cars but never take full responsibility of the situations that have happened prior to this. It's ridiculous, they can keep it up for the bad reviews if that's what they want

Overcharged my 91 year old to service his existing HVAC system. More than $400 to change two filters. Poor customer service on top of it!

The price of house call varies depending or the technician or plumber that arrives at your worksite.

I'm not saying I was ripped off. I do want to say that before you spend thousands of dollars on ""new gas pipes"" be sure you need them. I did not do my due diligence when I smell gas in my home. I panicked. I called Ritz Plumbing and they came on a Saturday. I was initially charged $7,500 for new gas pipes. I negotiated that charge down to $6,000 a few days later. In hindsight I should have called The Gas Co to shut off the gas. What do you need it on for? Take your time finding out the best and most cost effective way to remedy a gas smell. I wish I had.

Gilbert and Jerry came to help change the water supply valve to the toilet. They were very professional and accommodating. Recommended for your plumbing needs.

They installed Rheem water heater 2 years ago. After 2 years, the thermostat started to fail sensing its chamber light and when I ended up calling them they say they don't recommend this brand because of too many recalls and repairs that will come occur in years. However Angel the tech was very informative and repaired the sensor however he mentioned a couple of things to be done for this heater.. it would have been better if the initial tech did all this for me.. Even though the parts have warrantees, I highly recommend to research the best water heater in the market or may be tankless before you approach these company.

This an update on my previous review. After complaining about the aggressive , hostile plumber that did not provide an estimate and tried to upsell me on a $10,000 repipe job. I was offered a partial refund. After numerous stalls and failing to return my calls I posted a negative review here and on the BBB site. I got an immediate call from a Ritz representative who offered to refund my money.
He came to my work and gave me a check after I signed a paper promising to not sue them.
I appreciate the refund but they have to get the business out of the dumpster they have put it in. And it looks like the dumpster is on FIRE!

I wish we had checked YELP first. We had used Jim's Plumbing for years when it was actually Jim running the company. We didn't realize he had sold the business. Now, I would avoid this group.
I was out of town for an extended work project when we had a leak under our house. The guys who came completely took advantage of my wife, selling her an outrageously expensive and questionably effective HALO ""water conditioning system"" for eight times the price of a normal ion-exchange water softener. To add insult to injury, the system does nothing to remove dissolved solids from the water, which is why they told my wife to buy it in the first place.
To top it off, they did not put a ground wire between the pipes on either side of the conditioner, which can lead to a dangerous electrical situation because cold water pipes are often used as an electrical ground; and they directly connected the drain on the Halo conditioner to a waste pipe without an air gap or vacuum breaker, which could allow raw sewage into the municipal drinking water supply under certain conditions. Both of those are code violations. Also, they did not bypass the water conditioner with the pipe for the outside hose bib and irrigation system, which they said they would do. Dangerous workmanship. I would highly not recommend these folks.

Paul arrived to check out a dubious call: my dishwasher won't drain. He checked all available tubes/pipes, but there was no clog. He concluded what I worried was true: the darn dishwasher's pump isn't very good... along with a few other things that came with this ""eco"" model.
He spent 1 1/2 hours trying to find a solution. When he couldn't find one, he left to consult with others at his business. They advised me to contact an appliance company to see if they could replace the pump.
When I asked how much I owed them, he said there would be no charge! That was such welcome news, especially since I might have to replace the whole dishwasher if the appliance repair costs an unreasonable amount.

Called for quote for replacing a garbage disposal the lady who answered said she would have a tech call me. They never called, glad now after reading all the terrible reviews. Gave a one star only because I had to select a star!! Don't waste your time.
