Needed a gas line repaired and they lost the first appointment. They were on time for the second appointment but did not have the parts and could only provided a verbal estimate. The Technician total me the office would call me in the hour to schedule the repair, never called me. Call Ritz two days later to schedule the repair and ask them to make sure the Tech has the parts to do the repairs. Tech arrived early and again had no parts and would have to reschedule. Call the office to talk to the Manager and never heard from him. Called another vendor.

I'm a real person writing this review as the gentlemen are still here. They are cleaning up. Let me say, Oscar, Julio and Chris were very professional, they all were. Their work is excellent.
Paid attention to the cats, shut the door each time. They came out to our Cabin in the woods. The sink was messed up, and the tub a mess. In the end the tub was filled with black sandy water. They got the clog fixed, doing everything they could. Double snaking it, pressuring it. The clog was eventually gone but the tub had black sand and ick and they cleaned it all up. Very professional (no plumber cracks, lol)

NIGHTMARE! DO NOT USE! $4,500 later and the problem is still not solved. grass was drying out due to irregular low water pressure. Ritz said the problem would be resolved by replacing the booster pump at the house. (I live on a hill) But the problem continued. the last plumber Ritz sent out said the water pump should have been moved to a different location so it would affect the sprinklers AND the house. water pressure was not a problem in the house as all our faucets were low flow. I asked the plumber to put his findings in writing but he would not. Ray the manager was poor at returning phone calls. The first plumber must have been new as a plumber and over torqued the fitting on a PVC line, breaking it. Said he had to get parts, but wouldn't use a local plumbing supply company, leaving the job for hours. And the part that really had me concerned was when he looked at the booster pump and asked me if that was the part he was suppose to replace. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Ritz contracts out to different plumbers so you won't get the same plumber with a return visit, even if you find and request a competent one.
The reviews on yelp and google should have been a red flag for my office assistant who had them come out for a bid and recommended hiring them. She no longer works for me...

The worst. Should be called Ritz You Off Plumbing.
These guys came to the house. First of all the energy they put off was uncomfortable... you could smell distrust. Sketchy. They charged 150 bucks and didn't fix the problem! When I called to complain I was met with sorry can't help you... Stay away from Rips you off plumbing...

Prompt and great service for our severely clogged toilet. Cris and Marvin were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They got the job done really efficiently & even gave us tips on what we can do if something similar ever happens again. We'll definitely engage the services of Ritz again in the future!

The worst company I've ever had to deal with. Hired them for a simple shower issue and, while I was out, they scared my 85 y.o. mother into agreeing to a pricey sewer repair that was not necessary. They never showed her the leak they said she had and hurriedly began to dig up the yard to start that sewer project before I returned, delaying the repair they were hired for until the following day. The shower repair service call was in May. It's now November and they still haven't properly repaired the tile. They've been out several times and either didn't have the proper supplies needed or screwed up so badly they had to rip out what was done and re-do, yet still don't have everything needed to complete the job. Each timne, scheduling is a problem, something gets screwed up, the guys who do the work shrug and shake their heads and said they just do what they're told, the ""office"" is the issue. The office promises it'll be done in one day and then the work men tell us no, it needs at least another day, maybe two days. Don't hire these people. My mother isn't on the internet so she doesn't read reviews and they bought the company she used to trust, so when she called them in May, this awful company is who answered. They will swindle, overcharge for services, break things, leave work unfinished, and generally suck at running a service business. BEWARE.
