Do not hire these crooks! They came to my house 15 minutes before the time I told them to come give me an estimate to give me enough time to get home from work. Long story short the showed up and said they couldn't do anything because they needed to have another truck come with the proper equipment so the said they were going to lunch 2 1/2 hours later they returned they took a look at my clean out and said oh it's going to cost 2,800 dollars I said no! So then they wanted to charge my 650 for doing nothing, I said no way then they said ok give us 500 I said no then he went down to 450 for doing NOTHING

Luis came out and installed my garbage disposal and also snaked the lines from the coffee grounds my wife who swore she didn't put down the drain. Great service and very professional!!! Gilbert gave me a very competitive price for the service and would recommend!

BE AWARE OF RIP OFF! I used this company, looking for Craig Mechanics for A/C work. Supposely Ritz bought out Craig and the 2 companies can not even be compared. Long story short they charged me $650 (part only, not labor) for condensation pump which when i looked it up the exact item sells for $44.86 at Home Depot. The estimate was $850. I thought it was a big job so I went along with the estimate. When the Edwin came to fix it, it took him approx. 1 hr 15 mins. to complete. Knowing labor can be expensive but $800 in labor???? made me very suspicious. They do not give itemized bill, I had to ask for one and Edwin needed to call supervisor for it. The itemized bill wasn't very itemized and in the meantime I looked up the pump that sold for $44.86. I did write check but told Edwin I would be calling Manager Abel, who could not explain the costs and tried to bs me with this and that. In the meantime, A/C broke again. Very long story, they came out to fix (changing PVC pipe, which should have been originally done), instead of cashing my $850 check , it was voided and paid $700, which for the job was still very over charged. Abel tried to convince me not to write on Yelp and BBB but I told him that a review and complaint would still be made.

Careful. Be very careful. They came out to fix a leaking valve under kitchen sink. The plumber needed to shut off the water to my unit and when he went to do that...he told he that needed to be replaced too. Estimate came to $2200. Actually $2800 if I included a ""regulator"" that he said I needed too. I could not see why it was so expensive, so I paid $120 for the estimate.. I called another plumber who came out and the entire job was $300. He did the exact same thing Ritz said they would do. He came with another guy and they were here at least 2 hours so I know it was a bit of work but asking $2800 is robbery. I told the plumber who did the work about my original estimate and he was in disbelief. So am I ...what sort of business does this?

I had a hose bib attached to a copper pipe that was kinked by the Gardener when pulling hose too hard. All that was needed was to replace 4"" of copper pipe and attach a new hose bib as mine was old.Im thinking no more than $200 for sure! They gave me a bid for $950!!!!!! Are you absolutely nuts!!! Called another plumber and he did it for under $200!!

After spending several hundred dollars to have a garbage disposal installed and a water line to the refrigerator connected in November, 2016, I had to have the plumber(s) return twice. Several months later I am finally writing this review because I have yet another plumber correcting the poor work of Ritz Plumbing. I just learned that the disposal was not installed correctly and ""is hanging on for dear life."" Problems: 1) during the initial installation, the plumber did not remove the plastic plug; did sloppy work running the water line to the refrigerator; 2) second trip: removed plug - water still flows (though significantly less) through the air gap; 3) returned (a different employee) and somewhat corrected the hose line position between the sink and refrigerator.
I stopped using the dishwasher and finally called a reputable plumber (who has done other plumbing work for me and done it well). He has to replace the hose which was not the correct hose and which was not properly installed. Essentially, I'm paying a second time to have the work done that I paid several hundred dollars for in November. Do not use Ritz Plumbing.

Wish I could leave no star review. These guys are a rip off. Charged almost $500 to unclog a kitchen sink because they had to access it from the roof.

I used to use Hammer Sprinklers years ago and they were honest and fair in their pricing. They were bought out by Ritz Plumbing and since then, especially in the past year, they have really become very disreputable in their pricing and practice. for instance, I had a sprinkler head repair (sprinkler costs @ $5 each) and I was charged $475 (actually that was with their 10% discount); just recently, I was quoted $875 for a valve repair; and since I was in high alert with my other experiences I contacted 2 other landscape/sprinkler companies who couldnt believe my other charge for the sprinkler, and thus I found a company and was charged @ $150....THIS IS SUCH A HUGE DISCREPANCY and unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

Ritz always provides top flight service. The give a reasonable deal and help educate you along the way. Ritz is my first call for any plumbing issues.

Gave me a bogus estimate of 6000 dollars to replace all my ac system. I got the ac system fixed for 580 dollars with an honest contractor. Go elsewhere.
