We are Valeria restaurant, a small restaurant venue that has always recommended Rittimann to others. They have shown up on time and schedule ti be helpful. Sometimes it takes a while but that's like as they get super booked up sometimes . All in all, a good reliable plumbing company .

Wasted my time and their time, couldn't diagnose a simple problem. Yes he was a master plumber. I found the solution on the internet, it even had a name for it. Sewer burp. Plumber sat on my tub for 40 minutes huffing and puffing and coming to the conclusion they were probably going to have to knock a hole in the side of my house to fix it. By now all I see is dollars flying out of my wallet. Rip off! Paid them almost $300.00 for nothing. Fixed it myself. A qualified plumber can fix problems leading to inadequate drain venting. This is a job for a professional. Inspecting vents involves climbing to the peak of your roof and visually checking for obstructions that interfere with proper venting. The usual suspects include bird's nests and accumulation of leaves or other wind-blown debris.
What Can Be Done
Frequently, the remedy for clogged plumbing vents is a jet of high-pressure water. This can flush material inside the vents down into the sewer line and out of your home. Most plumbing contractors have equipment designed for this purpose and can complete the job quickly and safely. Or if you are handy, you can do it yourself.

I'm doing a remodel and that resulted in dumping a pile of sediment into my plumbing and the loss of my water system filter.
These folks came out after I'd replaced the filter and cleaned out my plumbing so I'm back up and running.
Howard was great . He made the repairs and showed me how to make the repairs myself in the future.

Not all hero's ware capes! Due to the deep freeze, people across the region were without water and had broken pipes. We were without water for a week. Called Rittimann Plumbing and they had plumbers at our door in a few days. Would have called sooner but didn't know we had broken pipes until it warmed up above freezing!
Very thoughtful, efficient and courteous plumbers had our leaks fixed and water on in a couple of hours. Still without hot water in part of the house they returned a few days later to finish up the job. They could have finished the job on the first visit but their priority was to get as many customers water back on ASAP.
Working long hours in tough weather conditions taking care of their customers. Thank you Rittimann Plumbing!

Great Service! Had a leaking water tank in the attic, called Rittimann and they came out immediately. Prompt, clean and did a great job.
