Very unprofessional, calls potential customers rude names. I suspect he replaces a lot of good parts and tells customer they are bad and then sells them on facebook market place. He has a huge list of like new parts.

I had a problem with an LG dishwasher which resulted in an error message and the machine would not start. LG said I should call a plumber. Mr. Ritter was able to clear the plugged-up line. It took him about 2 hours to fix it and the bill was $475.00. which I believed to be excessive,

I ended up not needing the service...,but let me tell you why. Because the gentleman on the phone offered some suggestions on clearing pipes. He could have just charged and come to do it himself. But he wasn't able to get to me until late tonight. I really appreciate the service and care

We had a leak on our incoming water line after the last hard freeze, which meant no water. First, Ritter was the first one to answer the phone (first company never did return my voicemail), second, he came out within a couple hours. Due to how the line entered the house, he had to dig down 2 feet to replace the one section of exposed galvanized pipe. I felt price was good for the amount of labor involved and we had water back on same day (he also put on a new hose faucet since old one wouldn't shut off all the way). Will certainly call again should I ever need a plumber.

I saw the ad in the local community newspaper. He answered the phone and was timely about making the appointment. He was able to address all of our issues and he found a part for a very old shower assembly and now it works like new!
