We had a clogged kitchen sink on Sunday morning and Chris came to our rescue in less than 30 minutes. He snaked the drain from the outside access and our drain was clear within an hour of calling him. Besides being quick and professional, he charged a lot less Roto-Rooter. He's in Lancaster, so I preferred to hire a local self-owned business over the national chain. Chris depends on word-of-mouth advertising and earned an excellent recommendation because does a great quick job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Riteway Rooter. Mike Urban

I had a problem with a tenant's toilet all the way out in North Edwards, CA. Even though it ended up outside the service area, I really appreciated the time on the phone and the suggestions to help get it clear. It was much more than any of the other 12 plumbers I called that day gave me. This seems like a fair man, who did give me up front pricing for the different services. I am a landlord but do not live in the area. Sat night my tenant called stating The drain lines in the house were backing up. I called my handyman who went out there Sunday but was not able to clear the line. I immediately started contacting plumbers on yelp and called 3-no answer. My fourth call was to Chris at Rightway Rooter. Chris quoted me a price that was reasonable especially considering it was Sunday. When I gave him the address it turns out he was nearby and was literally at my house within 30 minutes. He was able to clear line without much effort and even made some other recommendations on some maintenance issues that needed attention. Being a landlord out in the area I can tell you that one of the most difficult things to find is a reasonably priced and reliable plumber. Thank you Chris for jumping on this so fast. I will definitely be using you again and referring you to my friends.

I needed to replace a pipe connecting the outdoor hose. Chris had a gently used pipe of the correct size in his truck so he didn't even charge for parts. He also checked and tightened some adjacent plumbing that I hadn't even asked about. Good price, good work, good guy.

Riteway Rooter is hands-down the way to go for ALL of your plumbing needs. We recently moved into our house in West Palmdale and ---- uh,oh ---- the kitchen sink was backing up. I tried all I could to fix it myself. Nope, not a chance --- I couldn't do it. I removed the goosenecks... tried my hand at snaking it... I even tried flushing out the blockage with a hose... NO LUCK! I was out later that day and was telling a friend about the problem and told him that I think it might be the main line (perhaps roots have gotten into the pipes). Chris from Riteway happened to be there and overheard my conversation... he asked me a couple of questions and said with confidence ""IT'S NOT YOUR MAIN LINE"" ... I said ""Are you sure?""... He then said with an assured grin ""I've been doing plumbing since I was 17. I'll come over and unclog your drain... if I am not successful you pay me NOTHING."" I couldn't believe it... he handed me his business card and said for me to call him if I wanted to have him come to the house. What are the odds of meeting THIS plumber when I was in NEED of a plumber?!?!?! The next day I looked him up online and saw his good reviews here on Yelp and so I decided to give him a try (although I was a little apprehensive as it seemed like one of those ""Too good to be true"" incidences of meeting Chris when I did). I called him in the morning and he fit me in his schedule for the afternoon. He came over - quickly assessed the situation... and like a boss he had the clogged kitchen drain fixed in about 15 minutes. He even told me how I was going in the wrong way with my snake (his snake was WAYYY more powerful by the way... his is the real deal) and showed me where the outlet cap for the kitchen sink was outside (which I totally missed). He also told me how he knew the culprit was grease and why he was sure of it. He then even took a few minutes afterward to look at a couple of other minor plumbing related issues we had in the house ... two of the other issues he fixed under a minute each! And one he told me that I can fix on my own without paying him to do it and even told me how to do it!!! Holy cow! Chris is an unbelievably GREAT PERSON and an EXPERT PLUMBER WHO FIXES THINGS QUICKLY AND WITH CONFIDENCE! Seriously, I cannot recommend anyone any higher than this. Don't waste your time looking for a plumber. Just call Chris at Riteway Rooter. Oh, and did I mention that his prices are VERY FAIR! I am extremely happy to say that Chris will be our ""go to guy"" for ALL future plumbing related issues in our home.

A midnight bath turned into trouble when my tub wouldn't drain. I knew I was in trouble. To add to that I was experiencing first signs of food poisoning so I needed working plumbing ASAP. I'm new to the area. I didn't really know anyone so I went on yelp. I contacted just about all plumbers in my area that had a ""fast response time"" and were ""24hrs"" but only one responded promptly, Riteway Rooter.

Chris gave me a reasonable quote in a fast time for 1 in the morning and was fast. He apparently lived up the street! We were all so tired but he did an amazing job half awake haha. He even gave us advice on how to avoid root blockage in the future.

All in all he was great and we will continue business for any plumbing needs.

Amazing service on a holiday. Chris did not charge us extra for coming on Memorial Day weekend. He was polite, clean and fast to fix our clogged drain, he also fixed a drip and gave some crucial advice for our septic system maintenance. Save time and money and call Chris first!
