Tim is obviously a con artist! He never had any intention on fixing my water line leaks. He quoted an astronomical price and I told him he was too high. He asked me to counter and we finally agreed on $580.00. There was one catch, I had to pay him up front! He capped off the two lines that were leaking and said he would go buy the supplies. He never returned, and when I called, he said he was in a car accident and would be late. I called him three hours later as he didn't show and he blocked my phone number! I called from another line and he picked right up not knowing it was me. He gave an excuse of another ""emergency"" and said he was on his way. Five hours later, I tried him again and he blocked that phone number as well!

This guy is a con-artist and he never has any intention on doing the work. I was connected to him by one of those online services, I can't remember which one, so I never bothered to look him up and check reviews or the BBB. Look him up yourself. He has judgments against himself and does this sort of thing as a pattern.

I'm going to my county sheriff's office Monday to see if I can get criminal charges against him. My attorney said his pattern shows racketeering which is punishable under the organized crime RICO statutes.

NOTE to all: Stay away from this criminal!

This company is absolutely terrible. We scheduled an appointment, they confirmed, but sadly they never showed up. No call, no show. The following day someone called and asked if we had ever gotten our plumbing problem fixed and offered to make another appointment. Read the other reviews too. Don't waste your time.

Extremely unprofessional. Boasted a free estimate. Came in look under the sink advise that oh it just needed to be tightened up. That'll cost you $55. I advised him it was supposed to be a free estimate. He then said I'm out of here. As he left out the door he called me a f****** b****.

Please avoid this business at all costs. My wife and I called this company a few weeks ago to perform some work for us that involved moving the main stack and relocating some copper pipes. The phone number got us in touch with a Tim Fannon who has a fraud/scam track sheet easily searched out on google.

Tim came out and gave us an estimate on the repair and we set a date for him to come out. On that day, he was a few hours late which happens, but ended up leaving my job site and saying he had to postpone 2 weeks without any reason. I made it clear during Tims first visit that I had a timeline and set my expectations accordingly.

During the initial visit, we even put down a $550 deposit on the job. After Tim said he wouldnt be out, I had to try calling him all day to get ahold of him but he never picked up nor returned my calls til late in the day. We agreed that he would keep $100 for his time and return $450 to me, which I thought was generous.

Long story short, Tim never showed up with my money and wont return my calls so now we have to involve the local police which is nothing new for Tim. Dont use these guys, period.

Do not hire! Tim Fannon is a thief. Look at BBB sites on him.
I hired Riteway Plumbing, Tim, to do a residential plumbing job, he came, looked around, quoted me, and said he needed to come back to do any work, but that I needed to pay half up front for supplies. I paid him $700. Plus the service fee to come look of $85. He took the money and ran! When trying to get my money back, after work never being done HE suggested giving me a full refund. For 3 weeks he then lied saying he had mailed the check. Never did. Eventually he then said he did not have the money to send. For 3 Additional weeks I tried to get my refund. Now he has blocked my number, calls and text and will not respond. Stole $785 never did any work.
I had seen the other reviews online (which were not great but I hired him anyways) Now after being ripped off, and filing complaint against him I have seen Several Similar recent Criminal reports on him at BBB and Ohio Attorney General. I wish I had seen these beforehand. Warning anyone else: Do Not let him Steal your money too!
Lastly, obviously above is main reason to not hire him but in general he also was not professional or friendly. Initially when he came to my house he was just rude, acted like he was annoyed with me for even 'bothering' him and seemed angry about possibly having to even do work - I blew this off thinking not much of it but looking back should of been my red flag.

If there was a negative rating it would be that. This guy is a thief took my moneyand tore up my bathroom that didn't need to be tore up just needed the drains cleaned in the kitchen and
bathroom he told me the main line and bathroom lines were broke tower walls and tub out and had excuses every day why he wasn't here or would be late. Said his brother died then he had to go to uncles funeral. Having to shell out ton of money to fix the problem he cut off traps and cut the stack, I'm a senior citizen I'm not made of money and I've been taken advantage of and I'm not a happy camper.a couple hundred dollar fix is costing me with the money he got from me and what it is taking to fix what he destroyed about 6200.00 plus I had to miss work for a week and stressed out can't shower do laundry or dishes.

Tim Fannon has been nothing but trouble. He said he was licensed but now I can't find his license in the state database. He said he would be having our new water heater inspected but didn't. We spent thousands of dollars on a unit that after a month or so has already spent many a day error coding. He does not stand by his work. RUN!!!!
