They came 3x to service my furnace. 1st time to diagnose problem. 2nd time to install part which never fixed the problem. 3rd time a supervisor came, problem still wasn't resolved, total cost $300+. We eventually hired a comp experienced servicing our brand of furnace. He fixed the problem in 15 min with an alan wrench.
