Never experienced such a lack of professionalism until dealing with this company. We called to have him come check out a leak coming from the unit above us. He immediately explained that he doesn't do estimates and expected to be paid for coming out there no matter what and that he would fix it and bill whomever was responsible for the leak and that everyone needed to be home in all four units. Initially I was okay with the no BS attitude. Day of, he shows up, doesn't even come to our unit first, goes right up stairs and speaks with the nanny who was about to take the Baby for a walk. She gives him her number so that he can call her when he's ready to go upstairs, which seems reasonable. Instead he mumbles something under his breath and just straight up leaves. Doesn't even call me or my boyfriend. We call him and he says he can't deal with people like this bc there is so much work to be done (he hadn't even seen that we already had a demolition crew remove our entire ceiling so all he had to do was fix the pipe with the leak) and he had other jobs to do that were more important and hung up.

I would not recommend this unprofessional business to anyone.
