The only reason I am giving one star is because I was glad that I was given an appointment not only next day but on a Saturday.

I was told that somebody would be at my house between 2pm-4pm, it is now 952pm, my shower is still backed up.

Plumbing Medic, great advertisements on your truck but your lack of follow through just lost you a customer and got you a horrible review!

Joel was my technician, he was very friendly, very knowledgeable and very smart, he cleared my kitchen drain really fast and he gave me some great tips on how to maintenance it, I definitely recommend him and Plumbing medic

I'm shocked that anybody actually gives these guys more than one star. I asked for a small leak to be repaired outside my home .....it was a simple repair and he wanted $300 for it. I went to Home Depot and found the parts that I needed for $15 and did the repair myself. I had him quote me on 2 other valves to be replaced and the total bill was over $900, oh brother.

Scheduled an appointment online. Was called very promptly and scheduled an appointment for a Friday morning in a window of 8-11am. Friday morning came, and the window of time came and went. I then received a call that they wouldn't be able to come out until 2-5pm that day. Couldn't manage that in my work schedule, so we rescheduled for Monday (again, an 8-11am window), and I was assured that this is an unusual occurrence. Monday comes, 8-11am window passes. I get a call from dispatch saying it will need to be more like 2-4pm, but that it will get done today. 2-4pm passes. 5:12pm, I get a call from a technician saying he's about an hour away and can be here by 6:15pm. Could not do that because of prior engagements. After wasting a whole day, and taking off 1.5 days of work, my sink is STILL not fixed. Do not give windows of time if you cannot even remotely come close to keeping them!

Receptionist was friendly and very helpful. They remember you when you call back and help you very efficiently. Aaron was our technician for our electric water heater. Super nice, upfront and honest. He tried really hard to diagnose the problem, spent longer than most technicians would, and got it to fire up. I highly recommend this company and Aaron I.!

Plumbing issues at 5am are probably one of the worst things I've woken up to and I am so glad that Plumbing Medic was able to come by a few hours later to check out our issues, give a quote and actually complete the work same day. Eddie was our technician and he was so professional and nice. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing any unnecessary products or services he even reset my water pressure which was set way too high. This company was fantastic and truly cares about its customers. I don't wish plumbing issues on anyone, but if you have them call these guys!

This star is meant to be a negative one: I called them and inquired about their ""$ 64 to unclog any blocked drain"" offer which I saw on one of their vans.

The lady who answered the phone confirmed ""It is $ 64 and that includes a free camera inspection"" No ""if..."", no ""as low as $ 64"" and no $ 64 under certain conditions.

Actually it turned out to be a bait and switch advertisement. We ended up paying
$ 150 to clear the kitchen sink drain. This drain was not completely blocked, we had already poured some boiling water into the drain and could have probably cleared it completely ourselves. This was not a difficult case, just some grease in the pipe. No problem at the other sinks or toilets. More than twice as much than advertised for a simple drain cleaning job.

Made an appointment to get my gas fireplace repaired and never even got an actual appointment. If you want this service from this company, please expect to have your appointment changed at least 3 times and to receive poor customer service. I called on Wednesday and made an appointment for Thursday. On Thursday they called to say they had ""another service emergency"" and had to reschedule to Friday. Fine. Friday came around and Jennifer from dispatch called me 2 times to tell me the tech would not be able to get to me until 3. At 2pm she called again to say the tech would be late and wouldn't be able to make it until 4pm. I waited until 4pm to get no phone call until 515pm to say the tech was on the way. It was a Friday night and we had plans so I said no thanks and that we would find someone else. The creditability of the company was lost at that point and I was not interested to schedule a third/fourth appointment only to be let down. Jennifer said that was fine and she would let the tech know. There was no apology or empathy what so ever! They were probably just happy they didn't have to work late on a Friday. Please do not do business with this company if you would like someone who actually follows through on your first time appointment and maybe actually shows up!

I was Service Manager for a large company here in Phoenix for several years, so I am very critical of any service work done in my home. I hard originally called another plumbing company here in town to get additional quotes after having RR unclog and ""band aid"" our sewer problem. After explaining what I believed to be the scope of work, this other company recommended Plumbing Medic. He said they would were better equipped to handle the job I needed done.
Tim, Carlos, Nick and every employee I had contact with was fantastic! The sewer line from inside our home to the junction of the Cities sewer pipe was made of Orangeburg (basically treated compressed wood pulp used 50 years ago when my house was built) which had completely worn through on the bottom spilling sewage into the ground and washing away soil causing voids to form and further damaging the line. The metal piping under the house from the toilets and drains to the junction with the Orangeburg had also warn through.
I got quotes from a few other companies, all of the quotes proposed the same repair and comparable in price. Tim Seaux was the technician from Plumbing Medic that did the inspection, gave me the quote and oversaw the repair. Tim was the reason I choose to use Plumbing Medic over the other companies. Tim genuinely spoke of the company with love and his fellow employees more as family than coworkers. He spoke of his job with passion and never dreading having to go to work. Plumbing can be a dirty and nasty job to do, so any company that earns that kind of loyalty from an employees is a company that I want working on and in my house.
The guys spent three days replacing all the piping under our home but never left us without a usable bathroom for more than a few hours at a time.
They made one hole outside at the edge of our yard. One inside through the concrete floor and one hole in the floor of the master bathroom shower where all the pipes came together.
I was pleased with their job site cleanliness! They wore plastic booties in the home. They used plastic dust barriers and plastic floor covering to keep the mess from the jackhammering to a minimum and kept our floors protected. After they were done and cleaned up, you couldn't even tell that they had been in our home.
Do yourself a favor and make Plumbing Medic your first call! This company and their employees are first class. My only complaint about the Plumbing Medic is that they do not do roofing! If the same owners ever start a roofing company or any other home service company I will make sure to use them too! Thank you Tim, Carlos and Nick!!
