Several weeks ago, I had an off-brand water softer that needed servicing. After receiving no real problem-solving support from several other plumbing companies, I contacted Rite Way, who sent Todd M. He contacted the supplier and spent about 20 minutes over the phone with a company rep as he worked on the unit. I was impressed with Todd's honesty; he had attempted to service this (disappointing) unit rather than just trying to talk me into buying a new one. Also, my tankless water heater had corrosion on the external pipes that were welded to the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger thus had to be replaced. This job was very time-consuming, but Devon M performed this task very carefully and methodically over many hours. His co-worker, Rigo (?), also dropped by and spent several hours lending support. It was obvious to me that both of these men were very competent and took pride in performing their work to the highest standard. I cannot comment on ""value"" in terms of the cost of this work in comparison to the asking price of other installers/plumbers because I had not sought multiple estimates for the job. I am just happy that the work was done well!

Rite Way Plumbing's Justin responded to our kitchen faucet leak this week. We have employed Rite Way for 2 separate issues on 12/31 (sump pum) & this week (kitchen faucet leak). Both times, we have received prompt service. Pricing is also reasonable. Justin promptly assessed our faucet leak Jan 6. He determined that our 13-year-old Moen faucet had failed, and that we need a new faucet. To save money, he recommended that we contact Moen and get a replacement via their lifetime warranty for the faulty faucet. He then came out again on Friday, Jan 10, to install the recently-received new Moen faucet. He was very friendly, professional, and efficient, and we appreciated his strategy for saving us money. I would definitely recommend Rite Way Plumbing, and we will continue to use them in the future.

Rite Way contacted me to offer an inspection and water heater flush. I called them back and easily set up an appointment to have the services done. We set up an appointment and they called the morning of to confirm. Then, the tech -- Christian -- texted/called to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived exactly on time. We chatted about my plumbing, he did the inspection, and flushed the water heater. Christian was very helpful and friendly. After the work, Christian and I talked about my ancient water heater and softener, both of which should probably be replaced. He spent a lot of time writing out estimates and explaining the benefits of any choice I may make. I was very impressed by Christian's professionalism and his patience in answering my questions. I have decided I will do the replacement, and I will use Rite Way to do it! It's a great company.

We've been using this company for years. They take care of everything in our house, A/C, water heater and plumbing. Today we had a problem about our toilet. In the afternoon we got that fixed nicely by Carlos , he is very knowledgeable and professional. His recommendations were on point. Will certainly consider them in the future. Called these guys twice this year... first was for A/C service (where water was leaking thru my vents in the ceiling down to the carpet) back in July. Matt B was sent over, and he did a great job cleaning things and replacing the piping causing the dripping, on my system that really needed a good refresh.
Then this week Greg was sent over to help with two issues in my bathroom, a leaky faucet and parts that needed replacement in the toilet. Again, both issues were addressed (faster than I expected) and have a nice new faucet and functioning toilet again.

Both techs were great, friendly, and did a good job explaining the sources of the issues, and going over options. Much appreciation for helping with the fixes!

This is the third time that Rite Way has taken care of issues at our home and I couldn't be happier & more satisfied. They are honest, they know what they are doing and they are fair with their pricing. On this visit, Carlos Ephraim was the employee that worked on our home and employees like him is one reason why I will contact them again if I have issues that I can't deal with.
