Had a peculiar issue that after the shower runs a little while, water would come out from behind the toilet. Plumber Carlos E. showed up on time and started the investigation right way. When decided a sewer camera was needed, Carlos contacted co-worker Jason who was equipped with a camera. Both technicians assured me that there would be no cost for using the camera, they just wanted to find the cause of the problem so they could solve it correctly. Both men worked diligently to get the issue resolved and also offered me a couple tips going forward. Both Carlos and Jason are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. I was very pleased with this experience. Thank you, Carlos and Jason, you have earned RiteWay plumbing a long-term customer!!!

I had Mike Miller come to give me a second opinion on possible work needed on my AC unit. He was very thorough, more thorough than the previous company and took his time checking every aspect of my system. As it turned out, the work was not needed according to Mike, and I thought he was more experienced than the previous company, which helped me to make my decision. Also, Rite Way was able to wave their fee for this, which was much appreciated. I would totally recommend this company.

I have had wonderful experiences with Plumbing and AC medic staff, both for plumbing issues and for AC issues. My most recent experience started with an annual service checkup from an AC tech named Josh. He was incredibly thorough and professional and patiently explained everything he was going to be doing beforehand and then explaining the results after his inspection. I've had my system inspected many times over the years, but it has never been done as thoroughly as Josh did.

This is the new name or was new name of AAA heating and cooling they use to be something the quality from the office staff and technicians that were at the top of their game! Today it's an absolute nightmare they read of a script and can't give any proper information there is no transparency nor to they care about loyal past customers! Good luck and no wonder the name has changed 3 times in 2 years! Absolute garbage and now they have a different name again

In October 2022, my 93-year-old Father-in-law had his backflow prevention assembly stolen from the front of his business. He contacted Plumbing and A/C Medic for repairs. My Father-in-law had used them several times in the past with good results. Those repairs were completed on October 28, 2022. They were promptly paid $2873.80. On their invoice, they proudly display a ""100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee."" During the next several months of our attempt to resolve our issues with Plumbing and A/C Medic, we would find this statement to be a total lie.

In February 2023, the city of Scottsdale notified my father-in-law that his backflow prevention assembly had failed its test. Additionally, no permit was obtained before the installation of the new assembly. The assembly installed by Plumbing and A/C Medic was also not installed per the current building codes for Scottsdale. However, my father-in-law was having medical issues at this time, and he did not pursue to correct this issue.

In April 2023, I began to assist my father-in-law with his business and handling various issues, including this one. On April 6, 2023, I called Plumbing and A/C Medic to find a solution for this problem. I spoke with the dispatcher, who said they would return my call within a day. They did not call back, and regrettably I became involved with other issues and did not follow up until May 26, 2023. I was told again that someone would return my call, which they never did.

In August 2023, we received another letter from the city of Scottsdale advising that our backflow prevention assembly failed and was not a place per city ordinance. On August 29, 2023, I called Plumbing and A/C Medic and was told by their dispatcher that someone would call back. On September 6, 2023, Pat from Plumbing and A/C Medic left a message on my phone. I immediately tried calling back the number; however, the voicemail box was not set up, and I was unable to leave a message. I attempted calling the number several other times, including sending texts but never heard back.

I called again on September 20, 2023. I spoke to the dispatcher, Jadyn, and explained my numerous phone calls and attempts to get this issue resolved. She put me on a brief hold, returned, and said the plumbing supervisor would return my call within the next hour. As of this writing, I have not heard back from them.

As far as I can tell, Plumbing and A/C Medic is an unscrupulous contractor with no intention of meeting their ""100% satisfaction guarantee"". They refuse to correct a problem. They knowingly installed a system intended to protect residents' health incorrectly. They apparently have a total disregard for the City of Scottsdale Building Ordinance. They refused to return my call even after several phone calls. We are now confronted with paying another plumber to repair the job and obtain the correct permits they were paid to do.

I cannot strongly recommend anyone consider using them to seek other options. Plumbing and A/C Medic have blatantly shown they have no regard for customers.

Fast response, personable and the tech knew what he was doing. He also took some time explaining what we had done wrong and how we could do clear our toilet pipes this ourselves next time. Would definitely call them for a future plumbing issue.

Just had them come out to investigate a weird smell coming through our AC. Mike M. made it out first thing the next day. Very kind, professional, quick, and a clear expert. He was able to diagnose the issue and solve it within minutes. He also recommended some maintenance on our older unit that I wouldn't have known about had he not gone the extra mile to do a full systems check will up there. The office was easy to contact and professional. Will absolutely be using this company again for all HVAC related issues at our home!

Appreciated his fast response, timeliness, and direct answers to our questions. Also Devante who was very knowledgeable and honest. No upselling here; just an individualized common sense approach that you don't always get with other companies.
