I had some issues in my utility room, as my home is +65 yo and things happen with old pipes.
Marco N. came out and gave me several options to resolve the issue. He explained everything to me very clearly, told me what he'd be doing and did an absolutely tremendous job!
His skills are very professional and he's also quite friendly and courteous. He left the job site spotless.
Yesterday Marco was the face and voice of Rite Way. It says a lot about the company to have these kind technicians on your staff.

I was inacccurately told I needed a new AC coil because mine had a leak. My unit is only 3 years old was under warranty but they wanted to charge me 2800$ in labor to replace it. I had another smaller AC company come out and found absolutely nothing wrong with the unit. Two weeks later still no problems. I feel I was taken advantage of ..
Stay away from this company the technicians must work on commission
Kev S.I made an appointment with someone at Rite Way that seemed either new or didn't know what she was doing regarding the cost for annual maintenance on a tankless water heater. Finally after being on hold for several minutes an appointment was made for June 15 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. A bit strange but she never asked for my address. However I was told the plumber would call me the day before the appointment to confirm a time. Along arrives the appointment day and no one calls me. I waited all day for a ""no show"". I will be looking for another plumbing company that is more reliable.
James E.We had work done with Riteway Heating. It was a bad experience.They do not stand behind their work. We have a seasonal property and are not always on site. We placed out trust in Riteway. The job was left unfinished and they take no responsibility whatsoever. Excuses, lies and double talk is all we get from them. Riteway can not be trusted. They pass the buck when it comes to responsibility. Not an honest company by any means. We should have gone with another company that has a better reputation. Being snowbirds, we didn't know how dishonest Riteway Heating is. If you are looking for a heating, cooling or plumbing company, do yourself a big favor, do not use Riteway Plumbing. I do not recommend them at all.
Donna B.A+++. Our septic tank got clogged, so I called RiteWay because we've used them many times in the past. As always, their customer service/scheduling team is terrific. They tell you what they're going to do, when they're going to do it, and then they DO it. Great communication and great follow through. Technician Mylan Johnson showed up right on time and quickly resolved the problem. He was professional, courteous, answered all the questions we had, and made some helpful recommendations. We are happy to give him and RiteWay our very highest recommendation.
Kenneth was awesome! He showed me what was wrong with our a/c unit; it turns out frozen coils will stop a Trane! He explained the work to be done and even changed out our air filter.
He was friendly and personable and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to call Rite Way again.
John M.We've spent over $20,000 to date, and they've recently submitted a bid for another $14,000, which we will not be accepting, given the unacceptably bad warranty service we have(n't) received.
It's 1000 and the technician hasn't come out for a promised first call. This is the 3rd technician assigned to the job, which was supposed to take ""an hour or two"" and is now on Day 5.
Don't be fooled by Richard's responses to the reviews-- All of the miscommunications between Sales, Fulfillment, Installation and Service -- ALL OF IT, is on Richard. Most recently Richard changed a very specific request for an itemized bid that I made to Eric, the Sales rep, into a ONE-LINE bid for $14,000.
On four different occassions, I've asked to speak to Richard. It's never happened.
Stay away.
Lynn K.Reached out to Riteway to fix a leaking bathroom spout. From my invoice, their description of the work is as follows, ""Arrived upon iob site was informed by customer shower is leaking. Notice when showers in off position water seeping from spout. Also noticed corrosion on showerhead and shower spout. Gave estimate to replace shower spout shower stems and showerhead customer approved. Removed a 40 fixtures and parts and install brand new price Fister stems tub spout shower head."" 40 days later, the spout is leaking again. I called riteway about it and their response is that I would need to be charged another assessment fee for them to see it as it is past 30 days. This repair originally cost $711 to repair. Highly unhappy and would recommend going elsewhere.

Laura D.I truly don't know how other plumbers are still in business. These guys are so smart. So informative. But ultimately their prices are extremely reasonable. Their name speaks to their work. They show up on time. They give a courtesy call to let you know when to expect them. I couldn't have had a better experience. Ronnie and Anthony are top tier employees and deserve a raise. But, please take it from me. I have plumb plumbing, Cummings plumbing out to my home. They were all shady and were trying to run us thousands of dollars on a repair we did ourselves. Save your money and your time. Just call them and you will feel so good about that decision even if you are in a shitty situation.
