To save thousands avoid these scam artists. They quoted me $6500 to repair ac unit they said had a bad evap coil. I had another company find a hole in a copper supply line in less that 5 min. Total charge was 1400 most of this was the freon. RW repair man new exactly what he was doing, he wanted to scam us to maker a higher commission. Sick and despicable.

RW charges 165 for freon per pound, the other co. charged me 80.

Make sure you get at least two estimates when your ac breaks, although its hard in summer youll likely save a ton. Its always best to go with a small company with less overhead in my experience.

We've been satisfied customers of RiteWay Heating Cooling & Plumbing for several years now, having used their services for HVAC and plumbing issues. We've been VIP members of this company for a long time also, and have always been more than pleased with their service.
UNTIL YESTERDAY! We had them out for our regular six monthly HVAC check up. Two guys turned up, Jose and a trainee. After working on the roof, they informed us our evaporator coil was leaking. They'd come out and repair it the following week.
Our heat pump is 8 years old, with a 10 yr warranty so is still under the original warranty. No parts but labor charge would be more than $3000! Supervisor Jeff Wilson refused to tell us their hourly labor charge, which customers need to know upfront, saying that there was just a standard charge. If this is a standard charge, then most customers would baulk at this. We're seniors & this is a complete ripoff. We're going somewhere else from now on. RiteWay have grown too big too fast! Just too sad!!

We had our RiteWayAC VIP spring tune up completed and continue to find their HVAC Techs exceptional. Today, Ramon C. was our service tech. Ramon is extremely professional, thorough, detail oriented and friendly. we have been with Rite Way for years having purchased aa new heating and vooling system, a ductless mini-split and on on-demand hot eater heater. Solid company that foes great work bringing excellent value and peace of mind as a homeowner and with techs like Ramon C, we will continue to be customers.

Omar and Tim did a great job of cleaning my ductwork. This house was built in the 70s and no doubt the ductwork has never been cleaned until now. I was told how the cleaning is done and I actually was shown video of what was in my ducts. There was quite a bit of dirt, 50 years worth. They sanitized and treated the ducts.
They spent 4 hours nonstop on the ductwork and swept up after they finished.

Cory Hetrick came to our home today to perform winter maintenance on our HVAC system per the VIP program. We've been with Rite Way for over 15 years and Cory's professionalism, courtesy, and quality of work performed far exceeded our expectations. Cory took time to go over all aspects of his inspection and service - including a review of 60+ pictures taken during the visit and explaining things about the system that we had not received from other service techs. Cory provided outstanding service. We'll always ask for Cory when any follow on work is scheduled.
