I had Lowes replace my water heater in San Jose and Rite Rooter was the professional company to install the water heater. Order was placed on Friday (afternoon). Shelly from Rite Rooter called on Saturday and we scheduled the install for Monday 11AM to 1PM. The installer showed up on time and quickly installed the water heater. Rite Rooter did an excellent job and I highly recommend them (and Lowes). I received a quote from an independent plumber (not Lowes or Rite Rooter) and the price was almost twice the price.

Ordered a toilet from Lowe's and this company was assigned to install it. My appointment was confirmed through Angi. After 3 different appointments were missed by them I decided to cancel my order!!! Very disappointed!!!

Ms. Shelly, who scheduled the water heater replacement, was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. She guided me through the process and patiently answered all my questions. Not only did they complete the job quickly, but they also ensured that everything was functioning perfectly. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail, especially in how they cleaned up the area after their work. Manager never returned my call. Started a project with Lowes and Lowes Stockton had no record of the job. Went back and forward with them for weeks. Called Rite Rooter and asked for the manager since Rite Rooter completed the measurements, but she never called me back; therefore I cancelled everything.

We went through Lowe's and were assigned Rite Rooter to install a 75 gallon low nox gas water heater. These guys quoted an estimate and got it done for the quoted amount. They were professional, timely and helpful throughout the process. They even went above and beyond by talking me though the pilot lighting process. Strong recommendation! Thanks

I needed my water heater replaced I was referred to rite rooter plumbing I called and spoke with Shelly, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She sent a crew out and they were able to fix it. Word of mouth goes along way. Ask for Brandon or Dominic I highly recommend them. On time and fast and the prices are great......
