I had a wonderful experience with Rite Rooter Plumbing.
Ms. Shelly, who scheduled the water heater replacement, was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. She guided me through the process and patiently answered all my questions. The technicians, Brandan, and his assistant, were outstanding. They displayed impressive skill and efficiency while replacing the water heater. Not only did they complete the job quickly, but they also ensured that everything was functioning perfectly. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail, especially in how they cleaned up the area after their work. Overall, the process was smooth, fast, and clean, and I highly recommend Rite Rooter Plumbing.

Manager never returned my call. Started a project with Lowes and Lowes Stockton had no record of the job. Went back and forward with them for weeks. Called Rite Rooter and asked for the manager since Rite Rooter completed the measurements, but she never called me back; therefore I cancelled everything.

We went through Lowe's and were assigned Rite Rooter to install a 75 gallon low nox gas water heater. These guys quoted an estimate and got it done for the quoted amount. They were professional, timely and helpful throughout the process. They even went above and beyond by talking me though the pilot lighting process. Strong recommendation! Thanks

I needed my water heater replaced I was referred to rite rooter plumbing I called and spoke with Shelly, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She sent a crew out and they were able to fix it. Word of mouth goes along way. Ask for Brandon or Dominic I highly recommend them. On time and fast and the prices are great......

I purchased water heater through Lowes, Rite Rooter Plumbing is the company work with Lowes to install it. Very good customer service. Shelley is very nice and patient to answer all my questions and set up appointment for me. For some reason the first crews came to do the installation didn't put leaking pan underneath the tank and tank didn't stand very straight. After I call Shelly next day ,she immediately send Dominic crews came to reinstalled the water heater for me. Very impressive of how they treat their customers and valued their quality services!

Signed up for water softener installation via Lowes and got assigned to this company for assessment and installation. Took forever to get the assessment schedule. After the assessment they never followed up and had no record of the visit. Would not recommended this company.

I should've read the reviews before going through Lowe's & Rite Rooter. What a scam, After reading some of the reviews, my experience was almost exact verbatim of other's experiences
