I have used these guys for several years and have recommended them to everyone else in my apartment building, and we have never been disappointed. They do excellent work and they always charge a fair price. This week I needed them to fix a leaking radiator, and I was surprised when they did not pick up the phone; so I booked an appointment online instead. When they didn't show up, I called, and Dritero apologized profusely and explained that the online booking had not been working. We made an appointment for the next day (Sunday); he came right on time, fixed the problem, and refused to take any payment. Just great, honest, reliable work.

Scheduled an appointment and was told the plumber would arrive between 0800-0900.twenty minutes later and still no plumber. Called the office and no one available to answer. Very bad first impression. Will be using them anymore.

Very very bad service. I started with them for a plumbing installation for a store, they did a quote and left me 2 months and a half without doing nothing. When you finally have someone on the phone it is always a new joke : ""sorry I was in vacation"" ..""sorry it is not me it is my brother""....""sorry the guys are not available""......""sorry we start next week I promise"".... Very unprofessional.Do not waste your time as this company will get you the worse you've never seen!!! I cancelled and called another company. If I could give zero I would!!

I asked Rite Plumbing to come in and fix a clogged kitchen line. When I plunged the sink, black sludgy water went into the dishwasher, when I drained the dishwasher it went back into the sink. Our building maintenance person was not able to fix it. We had another plumber come in; after running the snake through the line a number of times and plunging for a long time, he was not able to resolve the issue. He said we may need to call another plumber or they may have to replace all of the kitchen lines.

I looked for other plumbers and called Rite Plumbing because there were a number of very positive reviews. Ari came over to resolve the issue. In contrast to the other plumber, Ari identified and solved the issue very quickly, the pipe behind the dishwasher had to be accessed to correctly clear the line. There was a huge ball of grease in the pipe, that he cleaned out. Ari was very careful, patched the wall and went to extra effort to clean up the work area. Our sink has drained perfectly since and no back up into the dishwasher!

Thank you! We will be calling Rite Plumbing if we have a plumbing issue in the future.

I used Tony not once but three times. Third time, not a charm. Short story - he is good for the interior piping work but don't let him or his subcontractors near your exterior if you have any concerns for aesthetics. As the first was a simple install of new pipes for a sink, I enlisted him to re-do a shower with a rotting sub-floor where original work was shoddy. Unfortunately, this work was in tenants' apt. and needed to be done when I was not in town. The first estimate came in at 8K! which FYI would do a very nice completely new bathroom. After shaving off the upsell work we settled around 3200. What I can say positively about Tony is that his PLUMBING skills are above average and he is knowledgeable in that area. I didn't see this work until my return many months later and I wasn't satisfied with the tile and sheetrock work but everything else was fine. Despite this, I still wanted to work with Tony and employed him once again to fix a similar issue in another tenant's apartment with the CAVEAT ""do not use same person to do the tile work. Unfortunately, this work had to be done once I had left NY again. My only REQUEST was that the floor tiles match with new shower bed! I even had extras to provide to at least be able to match - standard-issue HOME DEPOT off the shelf black and whites. According to the tenant, he never checked the job after completion and even saw what the tiler ended up using but furthermore, had the gaul - despite pictures that show these were not the same tiles AT ALL- to tell me he used the same tiles! That was the infuriating part! He wouldn't acknowledge this mistake and certainly didn't feel like offering me any compensation. Despite being paid in FULL the amount quoted for this job within 7 days of invoicing, he also threatened to ""Come rip out the work"" if he didn't get his money immediately. So despite trying to enlist Tony as my go-to plumber all I got was shoddy tile work with no apology.

Zero stars. Completely unprofessional. Setup an appointment the day before, gave them the exact address. Had to rearrange my day, my mom's day, setup appointment with on-site management, etc., etc.... they call me 1.5 hours before scheduled time to tell me that they don't actually service this area!! They had the address and I specifically named the area for them when setting it up. ""Oh i didn't hear you say that"". Sure you didn't.

Never again. It was a chore to communicate with these guys--they are a combination of slow and unresponsive and also can't seem to follow simple instructions (specifically send the COI to the managing agent). Finally, on the morning they were supposed to show up I reached them on the phone to discover they weren't coming. Complete waste of time.

Had to get my 35-year-old Aquastar tankless water heater replaced due to longevity and unavailability of service parts. Tony suggested a Takagi state of the art tankless water heater. The job went smoothly, efficiently, economically and punctually. Definitely will call Tony again if I have future plumbing needs.
