I recently became frustrated by a slow draining sink in a secondary bathroom. After all DIY efforts I called upon the Yelp quote service for professionals. It ultimately came down availability. JJ from Rite Now was very thorough and was very helpful in explaining how anything we possibly had tried might've just scratched the surface. Therefore I was confident he would get the job done right prior to agreeing to the work. He was also very respectful of my home, removing his shoes each and every time he came in and out, which I appreciate with hardwood floors. I will definitely be calling upon Rite Now for future needs.

**EDIT: After the operations manager, Casey, quickly responded to my original review. I decided to increase my rating for Rite Now Home Services. She did process the 15% repair discount, which I greatly appreciate. On the day of the service, Jeff was very friendly and didn't charge for having to come back to fix the leak that was missed the first time. Our A/C is up and running and has not had any problems since the repair. Based on the customer service, I would recommend Rite Now Home Services!

Had an issue with my AC unit leaking water from the furnace side of the unit. Submitted a request on Yelp and immediately got a response from Rite Now Home Services. I always look at the company reviews and read them carefully before selecting a business. RNHS had all 5 star reviews, plus had a tech nearby that could be at the house in 30 min. I scheduled the appointment and immediately received a text with Jace's bio and information. 5 minutes later, I received a phone call from Jace with his ETA.

Jace arrived at the home, introduced himself and we discussed the issue I was having. He immediately diagnosed the problem, solved the issue and was very thorough in explaining what happened, and how to potentially prevent this from happening again. As most companies do, they have service plans. They didn't push this on me, I asked about one. I happily signed up for the plan and happy I did so with them. Great to have such great customer service.
