looking at the rest of these reviews....I am shocked and not at the same time. Our home warranty company sent Jose out and he was super nice and accommodating while here. As soon as he left he failed to update our claim to take necessary steps and 3 days later no word. I call him and he asks me to call him back in 5 in so he can check on update ...just so he could then not take anymore of my calls. The warranty company called and he answered and told them he would update it right away and 3 hours later and he still hasn't updated anything. Dude....if you are going to be like this specifically when working with home warranties WHY BOTHER?!!!!!! My family and i have had to be in a hotel for 5 days now ..I have an elderly mother and an infant...Where is there any consideration there. Either do what you say you are going to do or stop taking business calls period

If I could give them zero stars I would. They were sent by our home warranty company due to a leak in the ceiling. He was rude when he came to evaluate the pipe. Made of mess leaving water all over the floor and left it. Then once insurance had been processed they no-called and no-showed 2 times. They also didn't return calls until we called the warranty and they intervened.

The pipe was not fixed correctly and is leaking AGAIN. We have called and texted multiple times and the home warranty has also called numerous times but has yet to hear back.

WHATEVER YOU DO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY! Their quality of work could be better and they could be more responsive.

I highly recommend Rite Cost Plumbing. I had a clogged master bedroom toilet. Three local plumbers were given the opportunity to repair the toilet.
Their prices were high and they failed to identify the problem. One plumber wanted to put in a brand new toilet. Another company wanted to dig up the roots of a grand old tree of my neighbor ,thinking the roots were growing towards the toilet water. Still another stalled for 2 plus weeks, I assume he did not know what to do. Along came Jose of Rite Cost Plumbing. He identified the problem in 10 min. or less, ordered the broken toilet part and the job was done. My toilet now works perfectly. I found Rite Cost Plumbing to be professional , knowledgeable, through and trustworthy. I would hire!

DO NOT use them! José scheduled the diagnostic appointment to be completed by two young men. After they invented unnecessary repairs. Jose called to schedule the repairs he would do himself. However, the scheduled appointment day/time came and Jose NO CALLED & NO SHOWED! He would no respond to my phone calls, voice messages or text messages. I finally had another company come who stated the repairs Rite Cost said were need, absolutely were unnecessary!

We had a plumbing issue when we returned from an extended vacation. Rite Cost was contacted by our home warranty company and they arrived ed the next day. The technician Jose was efficient and thorough. He took the time to explain what was needed and why. In addition to the issues we found on our return he also took care of an ongoing mi or issue we had. Defi6would recommend Rite Cost

This guy Jose is a crook at best. He was dispatched by our warranty company to repair a plumbing leak and we have to prepay him directly for the copay, (just like health insurance or a deductible as in car/home insurance). He showed up and instead of attending to the leak problem from the toilet tank which is what we paid him for, he helped himself to find faults with other plumbing fixtures, in other words he is trying to create more works for his owned company. He stated he will check with warranty company for the part approval and will come again to fix the plumbing leak once he has the part approved. Of course, he never showed up.
These rampant crooks usually operate under the shelter of home warranty companies. They are no name/no brand service companies or individuals, typically no physical address, just one phone no. or email for rescheduling or cancellation. They could be LLC's but that is BS. They will pick up jobs from warranty companies, please GOOGLE SEARCH them and if in doubt reschedule for other service providers. Once prepaid by CC, they do not need to show up or they will show up just to collect your free check or cash and give you BS that they do NOT have the part and will come back with the right part and of course, you know the rest of the story. BEWARE !!!

Jose is a crook @ liar@ a thief ....was told he would be there Monday morning.....late Tuesday night, still no word....finally got a hold of him...had to call from # he didn't recognize....he told me he's working @ didn't have time....my job was scheduled already for Monday....was also very rude on the phone....jose is a clown...I wouldn't recommend him for anything
