PRICE GOUGING!!! Called for rooter service. Wasn't able to penetrate with snake. Said can do it with Hrdrojetting. Sent camera in to see. Wasn't able to see. Sent Hydrojet. Clean out and said there is plumbing damage now with camera showing it. Wants to demo and dig to fix plumbing. Said I'll do it just give location where damage is. Wasn't happy. When I got home there was NO location marked. As an ARMENIAN myself. I GOT SHAFTED. cost me $1000

I cannot say enough good things about Rite Aid Rooter Services. Another person had worked on my toilet and made a mess. , Rita Aid came out and fixed everything for a very reasonable price. Gary even came back when I called about a leak that was not part of the work he done, and fixed it for me at no charge. Wonderful company, so glad I found them.

Gary is the absolute best. My first call when I have a plumbing issue and he doesn't gouge you for the cost. He even went above and beyond and did some patch work for drywall he had to cut and then did another job for me while he was here. Best in the Valley

Gary showed up on time and did a great job with replacing my dysfunctional shower cartridge and spout. He explained what was wrong with it and after replacing the components he tested it in front of me to confirm the repair. The cost was very reasonable too.

When my toilet stopped flushing my family and I were freaking out as we only have one bathroom. I found Rite Aid Rooter on yelp and send them out a message. They were very quick to reply with a response time of two minutes and right after I received the message, I got a call from their dispatch manager. She told me she could have someone come out within the next thirty minutes to an hour and I was shocked. Our technician Gary came out with such a positive attitude, explained our issue in detail and fixed our toilet within 20 minutes. I am so happy to have found such a reliable and affordable company. Had a couple of plumbers come fix a high-pressure issue in my home. Using my home warranty, they sent Rite Aid Rooter Services. Gary came, checked the pressure, which was too low, and adjusted it. He explained the water softener I had removed had leaked beads into the water lines, causing pressure issues. something the first plumber should have noticed. Needless to say, this business is a keeper.
