The repair man was very curtious, informative, and went above and beyond what we needed. He not only showed up on time, he called ahead to let us know he was 15 min out. I highly recommend them.

This company is a mess and horrible to deal with. They show up late or not at all with no phone call. We have used them 3 times with horrible experiences all 3 times. The office staff has bad attitudes which makes it worse. I don't know how they are still in business.

Beware. Riteaway was contracted with American Home Shield to replace a water heater. No big deal right. They came back with nearly $500 in ""modifications"" that needed to be done at my expense. This was on top of the $100 deductible. They quoted a need for new supply lines that had just been replaced 2 months ago a suppl valve which was 5 months old An Expansion tank Which is NOT required but they claimed it would void the warranty. How the last water heater lasted 16 years with out one they could not answer. Long story short , I used another plumber in Havasu who did the job for $550 . Took the Cash Payout from American Home Shield which put me ahead $6 and without the $500 of unnecessary work. If you can pay up front and wait for reimbursement, Consider the cash Pay out and get your own bids. These people are SHADY
