IF THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD GIVE THEM A -5 For being the absolute worst of the shittiest plumbers I've ever came across, and believe me I've known quite a few plumbers, being that I'm a general contractor.
It all started with a tiny leak in one of the bathroom bathtubs the first time they came out was a couple months ago and thought it was fixed in then two three months later noticed ceiling in kitchen was leaking bathtub is right above kitchen that's why anyway so they send out another plumber came out twice said he fixed it two days later leaking again came out the third time charged us $4,000 didn't fix the thing! Ripped out the bathtub liner ripped out the bathtub put in a new crappy plastic bathtub with the new worst looking liner than before and now the leak is as bad as it's ever been do not ever have these guys coming to your home they're Liars cheats and thieves and they're definitely not plumbers!!

this was the 2nd company that American Home Services attempted to send to fix my plumbing leak, they called and said we will be out there at 9am to 1pm (big window) the next day. they called my wife at 1030 that the plumber had a family emergency and new plumber will be out in 3 days! i had to call and transfer my ticket to another company.

American Home Shield sent them to check on our water heater. They replaced it. Everything ok, except they insisted on providing their own parts, which were marked way up from the ones I had purchased from Home Depot. They claimed that if they used the parts I bought they would void future warranty. I ended up paying about $390 out of pocket which I found excessive, and seemed like a game they play to recoup billing as I understand home warranty companies pays contractors the minimum.

American Home Shield referred us out to these guys. I missed their first phone call to schedule an appointment and tried calling back with no luck. I wasted a good amount of time waiting for the phone to be answered I finally gave up. I tried calling a couple times with no luck. A week passed and I tried calling again to reschedule and waited forever to finally have my phone call answered. Unfortunately I got a snobby, rude girl with very poor costumer service etiquette. She claimed they had been calling me ""a bunch of times"" and I would have to wait three days to get serviced. I told her that it was not quick as they claimed and she responded by saying ""you can either wait or call home shield to sent someone else out"" I told her how I had noticed very low reviews online and that after her terrible attitude I was glad to ask for a different company to come out. They're terrible couldn't get out to my home to begin with and were already giving me bad drama and attitude. I'm sure there's plenty of plumbers with better costumer service willing to serve us. Never will I reach out to this poor excuse of a company.

Worse company they send these young kids to do the job and it seems like they can't fix the problem. Ahs called me saying that they diagnose it object in drain but when the little boys 2came they said they didn't know what was it. Now my tub is leaking now.

Very bad experience with this plumber referred by American Home Shield. Michael ""found"" a screw in my disposal (probably from his pocket), sent a picture of it to AHS as ""proof"" that it was our fault and not covered and they gave us a price for an identical replacement.
After much poor communication, he showed up to replace our garbage disposal an hour after our 4 hour window ....without calling. He came with a much inferior disposal ($97 at Costco) instead of the top of the line InSinkErAtor....(which I ended up buying at Lowe's for $300.) I told him to put our old disposal back. He was very unhappy about that, did a lot of huffing and puffing while putting back the old disposal and left without a word. At that point, I read the other Yelp reviews and realized that this company is running a scam.
I will be reporting this to American Home Shield.

Had service through them by American home shield... The worst ever, my kitchen faucet exploded and the technician said it was our fault... Had a second opinion through the warranty company this guy said there's no way it could have been our fault, paid the first guy the deductible now American home sheild wants to charge me another deductible when second opinions should have no cost if the warranty company would send company's that want to work instead of making a quick Buck for 5 min. I would not have this problem.. Stay away from American home sheild

My experience with this company COULD NOT HAVE BEEN WORSE!!! My Home Warranty contacted them for me. They made an appointment with me on a Friday between 1 and 2. No one came. I called at 2:30 and they said they'd send someone out. He arrived at 4:30 and told me it was the end of the day so he didn't have time to do anything until Monday, and then he'd have to order the part (new faucet). I asked him if we could just go buy our own faucet replacement, and he said no. I asked if I should call the Home Warranty and he said he knew this company well and ""They're closed now."" Despite having to go all weekend with my kitchen water turned off, I reluctantly agreed to meet him again Monday. Fifteen minutes later, the Home Warranty company called me (so much for being ""closed"" - as he went and called them himself right away), and said they would not cover the leak because the technician said it was due to ""excessive force"" by user! Absolute TOTAL LIE!!! I tried calling his cell numerous times and he would not answer or return my call! The new company we had to hire came in and fixed it and said there was no evidence of excessive force whatsoever! It was normal wear and tear on a plastic hose! It's my experience that RITE-A-WAY SERVICES is unprofessional, lazy and dishonest.

We've had Rite-A-Way out several times in the past few months due to a number of plumbing problems covered by our home insurance plan (AHS) and they've been highly professional. The company calls immediately after receiving the request from AHS to schedule, the technician (Mario) is excellent and very knowledgeable about water heaters, toilets and stopped sinks. We've had other AHS-contracted plumbers who've tried to up-sell us or have been unable to fix things. We hope not to have to see him very often in the future (fingers crossed that our plumbing is in good working order as of now) but if we do, we know we're in good hands.

Miguel, the technician, showed up on time, diagnosed and solved the problem with my garbage disposal. He came well-prepared in that he did not have to return on a different date to install the unit since he already had one in his truck. Miguel was very efficient and professional.
