Absolute best experience with this company. They were over to my house within 30 minutes of making the call. They were so professional and fixed the problem with my water heater tha multiple other plumbers could not fix (or quoted me thousands of dollars to fix). I will 100% be using them for all of my future plumbing needs!

HWA Sent Brandon and Doug to repair our kitchen faucet and hose. They arrived on time, completed the job perfectly, and were very personable. Five stars!

Originally called out by my warranty company for a minor plumbing issue in my bathroom shower faucet. Brandon came out removed the defective part and left for approximately 2 hours to ""find"" the part. He said because my home is older the part is not available in this area but he did get it ordered by one of the supply houses in town. That seemed reasonable to me and he re-installed the defective part (temporarily). It's been over 2 weeks now he will not respond to my phone calls and now their voice mail is full. I have contacted the warranty people and I'm in the process of hopefully getting a competent plumber out to make this minor repair. If you have LandMark Home Warranty do not allow them to send these yahoo's out to your home.

This was the first plumber my home warranty called out to the house. They didn't call back within the time allotted. Then they showed up looked a my water heater for leaks and saw that there was water all over the garage. He said yep it was bad (needs to be replaced) and then said he had to call the home warranty company. Sat an hour in front of the house on the phone then one of the guys came and said they aren't getting through and would call me back later that night. Also told me that they had calls in to get a new water heater - as what I had 75 gal and gas was not available in the valley and they would have to get it shipped. They didn't call me back - I got a email the next day that the ticket was reassigned.... When I called back the warranty group they said that Rite-A-Way company had declined the ticket. They weren't paid enough, the water heater was too big, they didn't have enough guys........ that was their story. So when the final Plumber showed up he automatically got the water heater closed off and closed the pipes to the house.... but then I had to call a clean up company as the water had leaked all in the house. IF Rite-A-Way had any kind of customer service... they would have stopped the leaks first and then followed up with a call and tell me what was going on... I understand that home warranties probably aren't the highest paying, BUT I would have had a lot less problems if they had only take a few extra minutes... Obviously they only care about their bottom line - not the customer.

ZERO stars. I was referred to this company via my home warranty program. I have been without hot water almost 3 weeks. Rite A Way has had the contract for 2 weeks and states they cannot get the part needed. When I call, they say they will call back, but then don't. I have had enough of hauling heavy kettles of hot water in order to take a bath. Two weeks of excuses is uncalled for. RUN...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I contacted ANOTHER company today. They have returned my call, located the part and will install it on Tuesday morning.

Very pleased with this company. Have used them twice now in last couple years. Very professional . Will recommend them to friends family and coworkers.

Right away plumbing was sent to us by American Home Shield to fix a broken pipe in the crawl space in a rental. I called approximately 10 am. Brandon was able to make it out between 2:30 and 3:00pm. He found a pinhole leak and fixed the piping. When he turned the water back on we found out there was a second issue. Brandon said it was in the main outside the building. He called American Home Shield and told them that. He then told me there was nothing else he could do that they were a small company and it was getting late and he had other jobs to take care of. I asked what I was suppose to do - that my tenants needed water and he told me to call Master Rooters that they were better equipped. Guess what it costs to do emergency excavation and repair after hours on a Friday night during a BSU game. They came and dug and guess what no leak outside. They went into the crawl space and 6 inches below the fix a 90 had a fairly large hole in it. We called Chris and he wasn't sending anyone out, wouldn't pay for the new repair, we were basically a non concern to him. Now I have to prove to the insurance the leak was outside. Just another thing that has to be done because they could not do their job. If I could give them negative stars I would. Rite-A-Way Plumbing is a great company. Chris and Brandon are very professional and knowledgeable. They do exceptional work at an unbeatable price. We had a clogged mainline and they came out and hydro blasted it and completely fixed our problem. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a great plumber.

Brandon and Chris came to my Mother's house and took great care of her about a ear ago. She has some damage to her wall and carpet, and they took care of her and called Titan, who was very very great as well. I felt like they had everything under control and made my mother feel safe and comfortable.
